| dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的為探討社區失智症家庭照顧者睡眠品質及失智者睡眠障礙之關係，以及探究預測家庭照顧者之睡眠品質的影響因素。研究採橫斷式相關性設計，研究者以結構式問卷訪談方式進行面對面訪談，研究對象為居住於台北市信義、大安、中正、大同與松山行政區，或於臺灣大學附設醫院神經內科與記憶門診就診之失智者與其主要家庭照顧者，並排除輪流居住與雇傭關係者，共88對。所獲得的研究資料主要藉由描述性統計、獨立T檢定、單因子變異數分析與事後考驗、皮爾森積差相關，和複迴歸來分析。
主要研究結果如下： 一、95%家庭照顧者睡眠品質呈現不良的情況，平均得分為9.92+3.32，相當於睡眠品質不良的程度。 二、74%失智者於過去兩週發生至少一項睡眠障礙症狀，這些人的失智者睡眠障礙得分為1.93+1.55，常見症狀為「白天過度昏睡」、「半夜起床」、「遊走、漫遊或起床從事不當行為」。 三、失智者睡眠相關之痛苦指數方面，家庭照顧者對於各項症狀之痛苦指數平均得分為0.61+0.78，相當於「些微」∼「輕度」的程度。 四、失智者睡眠障礙得分愈高、及失智者睡眠相關痛苦指數愈大，則家庭照顧者睡眠品質愈差。 五、以階層迴歸分析發現家庭照顧者「憂鬱程度」、「教育程度」能共同解釋釋其睡眠品質35%的變異量，且以「憂鬱程度」貢獻力最多。控制家庭照顧者之個人屬性（憂鬱、教育程度、自覺健康狀態等）之後，「失智者睡眠障礙」能夠單獨解釋其睡眠品質4%的變異量。 根據研究結果給予改善家庭照顧者睡眠品質與失智者睡眠障礙策略，及未來研究方向之建議。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study were discussed with relationship between sleep quality of family caregivers and sleep disturbance of dementia, and explore the predictor in this relationship by using a cross-sectional correlation method. By random sampling, the sample population were selected from Xinyi, Daan, Zhongzheng, Datong and Songshan district healthy center in Taipei city and neurological outpatient department of Taiwan University Hospital. A total of 88 dyad dementia and their family caregivers were enrolled, excepted for living rotatory and in hiring relationship.Data was analysised by descriptive statistic , independent t test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression.
The fowlling were main finding of the result: 1.There were 95% family caregivers whose sleep quality was poor. The average of CPQSI global score was 9.92+3.32, roughly corresponding to a rating of poor sleep quality. 2.In the last 2 weeks, there were 74% patiens with dementia which occurred at least one symptom of sleep disturbance. SID global score was 1.93+1.55. Most common sleep disturbance of patiens with dementia were sleeping excessively during the day, getting up at night and wandering ,pacing or getting inappropriate activities at night. 3.Mean caregiver distress of each of the seven component items were0.61+0.78, which corresponded with rating of minimally to mildly. 4.The sleep quality of family caregivers was significantly correlated with sleep disturbance of their dementia family and caregiver distress.The result showed family caregivers had poor sleep quality that associated with higher level sleep disturbance of dementia and family caregivers had more distress. 5.It was a finding that depression and education of family caregivers could explain 35% variation of sleep quality of family caregivers by hierarchical regression. And for control variables of caregiver property, sleep disturbance of patiens with dementia could explain 4% variation of sleep quality of family caregivers by hierarchical regression. Based on the result of study , our suggestion were strategies that improved sleep quality of family caregivers and sleep disturbance of dementia, and gave the recommendation for research in the future. | en |
