Abstract: | 本論文之研究結果是為台灣各地將來辦理國際藝術節時提供建議與的參考方針。
首先透過文獻的蒐集,整理岀國內外幾個代表性之國際藝術節的案例,從中擷取並歸納其實施的模式,以供台灣各地將來辦理國際藝術節時的參考方針。再以「二○○六年雲林國際偶戲節」作為本研究之個案分析,利用實地參與觀察、問卷調查與深入訪談等田野調查的方式彌補文獻資料蒐集的不足,並經由質性研究與量化統計後,以三角交叉的分析模式,整合各方資料並予以驗證。最後,透過SWOT分析的方式,綜合國內外舉辦國際藝術節的優缺點及雲林國際偶戲節的研究結果,歸納整理出國內舉辦國際藝術節的優勢、劣勢、機會及威脅,進行全面深入的分析,並據為台灣各地將來辦理國際藝術節時提供前進策略、改善策略與暫緩策略如下: 一、前進策略:(一)向地方企業尋求長期的支援及大力的贊助。(二)定於長假時間舉辦更增人潮。(三)規劃完整而獨立的展演區域。(四)可策劃各優惠及折扣方案以提高大眾對藝術的接觸。(五)節目的策劃上可兼顧經典、娛樂、創意和實驗等多元化表演形式。(六)積極委約出色的創作人才,培養本地藝術家的創作。二、改善策略:(一)擁有獨立運作機制的行政組織。(二)行政組織中的權責分工需清楚明確。(三)人力資源的調度應兼備彈性與專業。(四)節目的遴選與活動的策劃要能展現藝術節的特色。(五)設立藝術總監把關節目品質。三、暫緩策略:(一)中央政府的長期扶植藝術節並給予充分的補助經費。此研究結果與建議,希冀能提供日後台灣各縣市辦理國際藝術節時參考的方向與採用的方案。 First of all, the study uses other researches to summarize several representative cases of foreign and local international festivals. Find out the adoptable modes in those cases to offer referable aspects to those places which host an international festival in Taiwan in the future. Furthermore, use 2006 International Yunlin Puppet Theater Festival as the case of the thesis. The thesis uses field surveys including attendance for observation, questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews to recover the deficiencies in other researches. Besides, integrate and test those information by qualitative research and quantitative statistics. At last, using SWOT strategic analysis to combine the advantages and deficiencies of foreign and local international festivals and the results of the study about the International Yunlin Puppet Theater Festival and summarize the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the international festivals in Taiwan. What is more, based on those summaries to bring up the strategic including go, improvement and suspension: 1. Go:(1)Find out the financial aid and assistance from the local businesses chronically. (2)The festival could be hosted during long holidays in order to increase the audience. (3)The organizer has to plan a complete and independent place for performances. (4)The organizer can set up giveback and knockdown plans to let more people contact with art. (5)The shows can have several kinds of styles including classical, recreational, creative and experimental performances. (6)The organizer could invite excellent creation talents and cultivate local artists. 2. Improvement:(1)The organizer should possess an independent organization. (2)The division of labor of the organizer should be clear and correct. (3)The using of manpower has to be flexible and professional. (4)The choices of the shows and the plans of the activities should present the feature of the festivals. (5)Setting up a chief art officer to control the quality of the shows. 3. Suspension:(1)Find out the financial aid and manpower from the central government chronically. Hope the results and suggestions of this thesis could offer referable aspects and adoptable plans to those cities and counties which host an international festival in Taiwan in the future. |
