摘要: | 提升切削效率和抗斷裂能力是鎳鈦旋轉器械的重要評估項目。一般鎳鈦根管器械是以連續旋轉的方式進行修型,根據文獻透過往復旋轉的模式,可以大幅提升其疲勞壽命和降低扭力破壞的發生,但對於根管銼的切削能力勢必會造成影響。因此本文針對鎳鈦根管器械在不同的往復旋轉角度下,利用本實驗室現有的切削實驗機台,評估往復旋轉對切削效率的影響。在評估切削效率上分為相同切削時間、相同切削路程下與疲勞壽命下的切削量這三個準則去比較。結果顯示往復旋轉在相同切削時間與相同切削路程下,切削效率與連續旋轉比較均下降,且往復旋轉的角度越小,切削量下降的愈多。但考量疲勞壽命下的切削量,則各往復旋轉角度切削量皆有提升,以往復旋轉90度的提升量為最多。
另外本文也改變小角度下的往復旋轉模式,讓往復旋轉起始點順時針增量特定角度,以提升切削的均勻性和切削效率。結果顯示在往復旋轉下,透過增量角度可以提升往復旋轉的切削效率。綜合考量在相同切削路程與疲勞壽命下的切削量,與連續旋轉比較,以往復旋轉90度增量31度具有最佳的切削效率。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the cutting efficiency of Ni-Ti rotary instruments when used in reciprocating movement and continuous movement. Cutting efficiency and fracture resistance are both important requirements of Ni-Ti rotary instruments. According to references, reciprocating movement can reduce the incidence of cyclic fatigue failure and torsional fracture, but it would influence the cutting efficiency. This study investigates the effect of different rotary angles of reciprocating movement on cutting efficiency. The cutting efficiency is evaluated by three kinds of standards, the cutting quantity under the same cutting time, the same cutting distance and each fatigue life. Comparing to continuous movement, we found that the cutting efficiency is decreased by reciprocating movement under the same time and the same cutting distance. Most importantly, the cutting quantity is smaller when the rotary angle is small gradually. On the other hand, the cutting quantity under each fatigue life is improved by reciprocating movement. Among all the rotary angles, reciprocating movement at 90o has the best cutting quantity under the fatigue life. In order to improve the cutting efficiency of the small rotary angles when using reciprocating movement, we use shifting specific angles clockwise from the starting point of reciprocating movement. We found shifting specific angles can improve cutting efficiency when using reciprocating movement. Comparing to continuous movement, the reciprocating movement at 90o and shifting 31o has the best cutting quantity under the same cutting distance and fatigue life. |
