dc.description.abstract | 多輸入多輸出天線系統可以區分為下列的兩者:開環系統,和閉環系統。嚴格上來說,在一個閉環的系統中,接收端會回傳一些有用的資訊給傳送端使其適應通道的一些統計特性來提高傳輸效率。而在開環系統中,如傳統的時間空間編碼,傳送端並不需要接收端回饋任何的資訊。但是若在多輸入多輸出天線系統的傳送端加上了可適性調變編碼的功能,那麼無論是開環或閉環的系統都需要接收端的回饋資訊。這就引發了一個相當有趣的問題,那就是如果多輸入多輸出天線系統中的開環系統和閉環系統都加上可適性調變編碼,那麼在同等有限的回饋下,這兩者系統的輸出率(throughput)的比較會是如何?
在這篇論文中我們比較了開環和閉環系統的輸出率,在不同的回饋位元數下。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A Multiple-Inout-Multiple-Output (MIMO) system can be generally divided into two types: a closed-loop one and an open-loop one. In the strict sense, a closed-loop MIMO system requires the receiver to feedback some useful information to the transmitter for a better adaptation to the channel condition. On the other hand, an open-loop MIMO system dose not require any feedback information from the receiver. However, if adaptive modulation and coding is performed at the transmitter, both the closed-loop and the open-loop requires some feedback information to help the transmitter adjust the transmission rate according to the channel condition. This application of adaptive modulation and coding in MIMO systems raises an interesting question, that is if both equipped with adaptive modulation and coding, what is the throughput performance of the closed-loop MIMO system and the open-loop MIMO system under the same amount of total feedback bits? In this work, we have compared the throughput performance of the closed-loop and the open-loop systems with different number of feedback bits. | en |
