| dc.description.abstract | 自90年代初期，台灣政局的動盪和教育體制的缺陷，興起一波家長將年幼的孩子，送往美國和加拿大當小留學生的熱潮。然而經過十幾年的歲月，這群完成學業的小留學生們回到出生地定居和求職時，卻面臨東西文化差異的衝擊和自我認同危機。本研究以質化深度訪談的方式，藉由十六名美加回流受訪者的親身經歷，探索跨國性思維對於小留學生返台就業、社交、親子關係和價值觀的影響。此外，本研究也整合跨領域專家學者的建議，期盼成為家長籌備孩子從小出國讀書計畫時的參考，並且密切留意回流小留學生在身心和精神層面所受到的衝擊。 | zh_TW |
