新聞設計：有關數位時代新聞創作的反思

Abstract

科技工具的演進已大幅改變新聞的呈現樣貌，新聞設計的範圍也逐漸從二維平面擴增至多維度的呈現。新聞設計如何在數位時代成為新聞敘事的一種方法，逐漸為許多新聞組織嘗試。本論文採深度訪談法，針對製作長篇多媒體專題的新聞工作者進行訪談。研究發現，數位時代的團隊創作尤其需要新聞設計。本研究認為，新聞設計在新聞產製流程中所擔任的功能角色已與過去不同，數位時代的新聞設計製作需要新聞組織投入更多資源與時間去嘗試，才能進行突破式的呈現。

Technology has tremendously influenced the presentation of news. The definition of “News Design” is not only referred as graphic design or layout of the print. Instead, it represented the idea of storytelling and organized the news elements in multi-dimensions. Based on in-depth interviewing, this research reveals that news can facilitate the storytelling in the digital time. Journalists cooperate massively and communicate with each other in order to accomplish a multimedia project. This research finds that the role and the function of news design have been changed in digital news producing process. What’s more, the news media organization needs to invest resources and time to try more, so that the presentation of news and its news design can be not only delicate but also innovative.
