| dc.description.abstract | 隨著我國經濟發展與產業重心轉移，近年來農業的影響力逐漸降低，連帶衝擊大專農學院校的發展與學生就讀意願，為了瞭解學生對農科系的想法，本研究嘗試以社會認同理論為基礎，進一步探討農學院大學生的科系認同感、專業認同感、農學院態度與農業態度，以及上述主要變項間的影響關係。本研究以北部某綜合型大學農學院為研究場域，並選定大二、大四學生為研究對象進行調查，採立意取樣方式，以大二及大四學生為抽樣對象，總計回收632份樣本，佔母群體比例為54.3%。其中大二樣本349人，大四樣本283人；社科學群、工程學群、生物學群與作物學群則各有111人、100人、204人、217人。研究工具係參考相關文獻編製，涵蓋個人背景、科系認同感、專業認同感、農學院態度、農業態度與從事農業工作意願等分量表。各量表信度Cronbach α值皆在0.8以上，顯示本研究問卷內部一致性良好。研究結果除呈現受試者背景資料與各分量表得分外，另針對不同背景與意願的學生進行認同感及態度的差異分析，結果發現在年級方面，大二與大四學生的農業態度確實有顯著差異。而不同學群的學生其科系認同感、專業認同感與從事農業工作意願也呈現顯著差異。而農業背景經驗不同的學生，則在從事農業工作意願呈現顯著差異。另一方面，不同入學管道的學生，在認同感、態度與從事農業工作意願上都未呈現顯著差異。轉系意願不同的學生，其認同感、態度與從事農業工作意願皆有顯著差異；但輔系/雙主修意願不同的學生，僅專業認同感與從事農業工作意願達到顯著差異。此外，跨領域進修意願不同者，同樣在認同感、態度與從事農業工作意願上皆達顯著差異。本研究根基於社會認同理論，進一步檢驗變項間之因果關係，結果發現科系認同感對於專業認同感具有顯著的正向影響效果、專業認同感對於農學院態度與農業態度皆具有顯著的正向影響效果、而農學院態度同樣也對農業態度具有顯著的正向影響效果。本研究結果可提供後續研究及農學科系規劃發展以及招生與教學輔導等之參考。 | zh_TW |
