According to John G. Burch ['Entrepreneurship', 1986], the traits of entrepreneurs would refers to combinations of personality, EQ, self-esteem, businesses sense, and leadership skills, some of them were from the genes, some were from the training, however, they would be established before entrepreneur's funding their companies. These are referred as 'entrepreneur's DNA' in this research. On the other hand, new study suggests that a substantial part of the answer can be found in an individual's genetic makeup, Dr. Scott Shane, the Mixon Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, concludes 'that nearly half 48 percent—of an individual's propensity to become self-employed is genetic.' Case Western Reserve University's newsletter] This research is trying to provide a scientific analysis to conclude if there is a way in quantifying the success of the new venture by applying the entrepreneur's astrology study, so we could provide more evidence in adjunction to their business model, execution ability and chemistry and working model of executive team, as refer to the '3rd due-diligence' or 'Alternative due-diligence'.
