dc.description.abstract | 性別意識的主張是一種不同於主流的事實建構,而當彼此互動的人們所認知的事實建構有所出入時,便會導致日常生活的差異及衝突。身處於媒介職場的性別意識行動者,便是在這差異與衝突中,試圖尋找出一個實踐與安身的平衡點。本文的問題意識,就是去考察這個平衡點究竟是在何種力量拉鋸與策略考量中建構出來的。
由於性別意識的實踐行動是在主觀意識和客觀結構相互配合下所產生的,所以行動者對於性別意識有著什麼樣的意義認同,便影響了她�他所採取的實踐行動,當行動者歷經不同的性別意識養成過程時,便會導引出別異的性別意識實踐意義來。而就客觀結構而言,媒介生產是個組織集合(organization-set)的概念,各個元素間會彼此影響與監控,所以身處於如此環環相扣的產製環境之內,就意味著性別意識者在付諸實踐時,必須與不同的控制元素討價還價,包括場域結構的制度限制和組織文化的多層控管,都會在行動者的實踐經驗中造成種種的反挫力量。然而,僅談限制太沈重,因為權力和抵抗本是一體兩面的概念,所以我在談完權力的佈局之後,也轉而以抵抗的角度來分析媒介職場的性別意識行動者如何運用隱蔽文本的抵抗形式在媒介生產中包裝、挾帶和偷渡自我的性別意識,並以分享的角度來探看行動者如何在這之中發展出一個寶貴的工具箱,讓其在重重秩序限制之中找到實踐的出口和曙光。 | zh_TW |
