摘要: | 全球經濟快速變遷之際,企業追求對於技術研發與創新的強烈需求造就了「研發服務產業」的出現。研發服務產業之企業在面臨全球化的競爭壓力下,唯有透過快速學習才能創造出競爭優勢。「標竿學習」是一項透過不斷地相互比較,獲取改進經營績效資訊之學習方式。
相較於以往使用財務性比率分析建構產業標竿,本研究使用資料包絡法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)建構研發服務產業之產業學習標竿。此一方法能夠客觀而清楚的界定企業的差異,並提供企業資源配置的建議。最後,本研究使用邏吉斯迴歸模式(Logistic Regression Model)進行效率值迴歸分析以了解標竿廠商之「核心策略觀念」,包括「網絡關係、顧客服務、研發創新、人力資源」等構面的之客觀表現,藉以說明研發服務業之標竿廠商之策略特質。 When the global economy changes fast, ' Researches and Develops Service Industry ' (R&D service industry) develops to meet the need of technique research and innovation of business. Under the pressure of globalization, the businesses of R&D service industry only create competition strategies through fast study. Benchmarking is a learning manner that business acquires the information for operation improvement through comparing each other constantly. On the contract to the further research establishes benchmarking through finance ratio analysis, this study establishes that of R&D service industry through data envelopment analysis (DEA). This analysis method not only differentiates business objectively and clearly but provides advice of configuration of business resources completely. Finally, this study makes efficient regression analysis through logistic regression model to comprehend the core strategy idea of benchmarking business, including net relationship, customer service, research innovation, and human resource. |
