摘要: | 壓電超音波換能器脈衝發射電路研析主要的構想是設計一個寬頻的脈衝波驅動電路來驅動一個也是寬頻的浸水式現有換能器(PANAMETRICS 5MHz),透過示波器與PSpice模擬我們可以清楚的看出脈衝波形與後續脈衝波的應用。脈衝波的規格為可調式0 V~ -190 V的電壓,脈衝波的寬度為可調式30 ns~70 ns。脈衝與脈衝重複的比率(Pulse Repetition Rate)也是可調式的,我們訂為0.1秒。
發射電路方面我們有實際串接電路且成功驅動了一個5MHz浸水式換能器,最後我們是採用PSpice模擬的方式與實作來互相印證,完成了一個發射電路。 The design and analysis of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer pulse transmission circuit main idea designs one wide-band pulse wave that it urges one wide band panametrics transducer (PANAMETRICS 5MHz) . Through the oscillograph and PSpice simulation we can find out the pulse wave form and follow-up pulse wave application. The specification of pulse wave is adjustable and its voltage is 0V to -190V.The width of pulse wave is also adjustable and its value is 30ns to 70ns. The pulse repetition rate is also adjustable and we order it as 0.1 seconds. The transmission circuit aspect, we had actual serial connection circuit and succeeded in urging one 5MHz panametrics transducer. Finally, We used the PSpice simulation the way and really did mutually verifying it, and had completed a transmission circuit. |
