| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要探討華人對於群體概念的認知內涵，與群體認知對一般人在違法事件中，有關事件中受益對象與處罰的額度判斷結果之影響，以及華人在事件判斷時的思維歷程。
本研究採2×3的二因子研究設計，獨變項為兩種不同角色地位之組別，與三種不同情境故事版本。依變項為參與者對於情境故事中受益對象、罰鍰程度、同情程度與影響因素之判斷。 研究結果發現：（一）華人對於「群體」的概念中，以對家庭的認同最為穩固，對於家庭以上的群體的認同度，就遠不如家庭來得清晰。這樣的概念會影響到華人對於公司這種家庭以外次級團體的奉獻態度，個人若是為了家庭全心奉獻是無庸置疑的，但是為了公司等外在團體奉獻則可能會被認為是出於自利動機。（二）家人通常理所當然地會被納入華人「大我」概念的一部分，因此若是為了家人而做違法行為，是屬於為了大我的利他行為，所以受到的責難程度相對最低。（三）在儒家文化長期的影響下，華人集體文化內的自動化意識，是以家庭內角色義務與個案情境脈絡思維作為事件判斷準則。（四）若是經由觸發社群意識之後，其思維角度會轉向較為考慮到社會上其他人的存在，亦即以社群意識作為控制歷程，抑制原先的自動化思考。 本研究最後針對上述結果提出討論，並對未來研究方向提出相關建議。 | zh_TW |
