dc.description.abstract本篇論文主要描述台灣大學醫學院附設醫院目前病歷調閱系統開發的架構與狀況。目前朝向電子病歷,但舊的紙本病歷還是存在而且數量很多。對於龐大的病歷其儲存和檢閱都相當花費資源。因此我們設計了一套系統,使得紙本病歷數位化後的建檔,和調閱更加容易,安全,我們在病歷上添加可視和不可視的浮水印來增加病歷非法散播的安全,不可視浮水印是以小波轉換的方法。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe thesis aims to discuss about architecture and status of Computerized Medical Record System. For huge paper medical records it is hard to archive and retrieve. Finally, we use watermarking technology to improve the secure of medical records. Then we examine watermark under some common image attack.
The purpose of this study is to implement computerized medical record system to easy the retrieve the medical record and enhance the secure of medical record.
