摘要: | 本研究以20片單電池組成之300瓦自我增濕質子交換膜燃料電池,以乾燥的純氫與外界的空氣為反應物,針對可能影響燃料電池的性能較顯著的操作參數進行研究,如氫氣端壓力、空氣端壓力、氫氣尾端電磁閥開關比、空氣化學當量比、電池操作溫度等,應用田口工程法進行實驗設計,目標是針對燃料電池操作於標稱值0.39 A/cm^2時,以燃料電池最大瓦數與最大淨瓦數為目標進行最佳化參數的選取,在不考慮控制因子之交互作用下,以直交表 的設計排列方式進行實驗,並對於最佳參數選取結果進行模型預測與確認實驗,結果顯示最佳化參數預測值與實際值相當接近,並根據最佳化結果得知,對於300瓦自我增濕式質子交換膜燃料電池而言,陰極端固定壓力下空氣化學當量比與電池操作溫度對電池性能可能具有相當的影響力。 The research investigates the optimal set of operating parameters of a 300 W 'self-humidified' Proton Exchange Membrane fuel cell stack powered by dry hydrogen and ambient air. The anodic dead-ended mode was applied by using an electromagnetic valve at the outlet, while the cathode reactant was provided by an air pump and a filter.Such operating parameters as anode pressures, cathode pressures, anode dead-end durations, air stoichiometric flow ratios, stack operating temperatures to the influence of maximum and maximum net-power of the fuel cell are investigated. The Taguchi's orthogonal array was applied to determine the optimum operating conditions of the fuel cell at the nominal current density load of 0.39 A/cm^2, for searching its maximum power and maximum net-power. Both predictions and confirmation experiments were performed, but the interactions between these parameters were ignored. Expermental results show that both the air stoichiometric flow ratio and the stack operating temperature might be the most influential parameters to the performance of the fuel cell at constant pressure condition. |
