| dc.description.abstract | 雲端服務的推出，將目前資訊服務的收費方式由以軟、硬體數量與網路頻寬大小，變成以完整服務的數量計費。雲端服務具有可以隨時取得與沒有任何資產投資風險之優越特性。創新的資訊業 ”ECO System” 改變了資訊人員與經理人的工作與思維，更重要的是決定資訊廠商是否能夠繼續生存或消失。
雲端計算已經從概念變為實現的資訊服務，但如何協同合作夥伴創造一個創新的 ”ECO System” 與商業模式？如何的SLA (服務等級條約) 能夠加速雲端計算的普及率？電信公司如何運用現有優勢加入雲端服務呢？以上即為本研究側重之議題。 本研究將以次級資料蒐集與分析為主要之研究方法，並以某A電信公司的策略意圖作為比較與適當的使用者與供應商訪談，利用定性的分析，探討雲端計算對資訊業服務的變化與影響。 | zh_TW |

The Cloud Computing can provide the IT resource by on demand & without finical risk. This new IT ECO system will change all the IT staff & corporate executive to a new thinking & mindset. The most important is who will be survived or disappeared in this Cloud wave.
The Cloud Computing is change from a concept to a real IT service model. How to implement an innovative IT ECO system with partner? What kind of SLA is meaningful to customer to help you accelerate the adaption rate of Cloud Computing? How a Telco take his current advantage to create Cloud Computing business?
