| 摘要: | 策略思維轉型是一項富挑戰性且不容易成功的工作。公司的策略思維是高階經理人在歷經多年成功與失敗經驗後的總體表現。公司的策略要能夠轉型,就需要高階經理人的思維改變。想讓一群已經成功的高階經理人改變思考模式本來就是一件困難的事。而且策略的成功轉型並不代表公司就能攀登另一個高峰。一個好的策略更需要超強的執行力來確保策略目標可以達成。這時就牽扯到思考模式的改變是否能風行草偃上行下效,也就是整個公司文化與組織變革是否能夠成功的根本。本文就在探討策略轉型過程中所可能碰到的種種問題及對應之道,並以實例來進行分析探討。 Strategic change is a challenging task for all well-established corporations which are highly dependent upon their prior success. By and large, strategic thinking of a company reflects somewhat years of successful and failed decisions made by the top management team, which in turn become their mindset and cognitive constraints as well. Pursuing changes in the strategy does not guarantee the success of a com-pany’s probe into a new era. Instead, good performance is not only a result of good execution but also the fit of strategy and organizational structure. In order to do this, every member in the company must believe in and do whatever the top managers de-cided. This is even more difficult than changing the top managers’ mindset and is the key to culture and organization changes. This thesis discusses whatever prob-lems that may exist during the strategic changes and how to react and then a case is used to demonstrate what we discuss here. |
