Abstract: | 由開口式共振腔的原理,以模擬得出其結構影響之空腔特性,如改變空腔長度、taper角度、空腔壁上的loss、iris等等。再由數值模擬得出的空腔中電磁場來得到能率的關係,以了解電磁波在空腔中的特性。 By the principles of open cavities, we can simulate various stuctures like changing the length of cavities, the angle of the taper, the loss of the wall, or making an iris. To identify the properties of EM fields in the open cavities, we calculate the power. |
