摘要: | 近年來,面對全世界經濟發展遲滯,許許多多的產業陸續進入所謂”微利時代“,追求企業轉型,給予客戶差異化的服務,擴大企業獲利空間,已成為各企業專業經理人思考如何在既有商業模式下啟發創新的主要目標。然而,機電工程產業面對的困境在於,全球機電工程服務逐漸寬鬆、利潤逐年減少、節能、減碳等因素,使得機電工程產業需要透過商業模式創新,重新就機電工程服務提供者的價值主張傳遞過程給予促進改革績效,降低成本浪費,提供客戶差異化服務等營運策略方向進行績效的檢討與利潤的計算。故而透過思考傳統機電工程轉型升級的經營關鍵,是為本研究主要研究動機。 具體而言,本研究目的在於探討,如何從機電工程產業鏈中,透過分析企業自身核心資源、競爭優勢與競爭策略,進而找出企業未來競爭策略之規畫重點,以利於因應未來產業趨勢變動。本研究以兩家機電工程公司為個案對象,除探討次級資料外,並透過深度訪談,取得初級資料進行分析。 根據研究分析結果,本研究發現臺灣機電工程產業所具備的核心資源和競爭優勢歸納如下:(1)整合性服務是機電工程產業經營上所需和必備的核心資源,(2)提供整體解決方案,有助形成機電工程產業的競爭優勢,(3)機電工程業者在不同面向,須依據所具備的核心資源和競爭優勢,採取不同競爭策略。 隨著中美貿易戰、半導體龍頭赴美設廠、智慧工廠等外部因素的影響,機電工程公司的營運方針亦隨之變化。本研究建議如下:(1)機電工程業者可將於台灣所累積的工程經驗與專業知識,配合美國法規規範,快速打造一套專屬美國的服務,(2)將施工設計圖與每階段施工項目與施工位置,導入進體感科技之中,讓現場主管與高階主管即時掌握工期與隨時因應變化時,即時反應,(3)導入人工智慧,可使管理與運轉更加快速反應,利於在各工程階段等變動因素,以縮短工程施工時間並降低廢料的產生,從而創造更多的經濟利益。 In recent years, faced with the sluggish economic development around the world, many industries have entered the so-called 'Low-profit Era' one after another. The pursuit of corporate transformation, differentiated services for customers and expansion of enterprise profit space have become the main goals for management to think about how to inspire innovation under the existing business model. However, for the electric and machinery construction industry, facing the decline of global electric and machinery services, profit was reduced year by year, energy conservation, carbon reduction and other factors, make the electric and machinery needs through business model innovation, to transfer the value of the electrical and electric and machinery service provider claims process to promote the reform of performance, reduce the cost of waste, to provide customers differentiated services operating performance review the strategic direction and the calculation of profit. Motivated by such challenges, our research will explore the potential of business transformation through innovative ways and capability upgrading for players in the electric and machinery construction industry. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to discuss how to find out the key points of the future competitive strategy from the perspective of the electric and machinery construction industry chain by analyzing the core resources, competitive advantages and competitive strategies of the enterprise, so as to adapt to the future industrial trend changes. In this study, two electric and machinery engineering companies were selected as case subjects. In addition to secondary data, primary data were obtained for in-depth interviews. Our explorative research results show that the core resources and competitive advantages needed by Taiwan's electric and machinery construction companies are as follows: (1) Integrated services are the core resources needed and necessary for the operation of electric and machinery construction companies; (2) Provide integrated solutions to help form the competitive advantage of the electric and machinery construction players; (3) Mechanical and electric and machinery operators should adopt differential competitive strategies according to their core resources and competitive advantages in different aspects. Implications to company operations and suggestions for capturing future opportunities are also discussed. |
