| dc.description.abstract | 香蕉的市場價格變動大，甚至有農民虧損的情形，而在香蕉價格居低不下的期間，同樣在台灣生產的超商香蕉價格卻高於市價許多，並以高品質為其銷售形象，研究超商香蕉與市場香蕉的供應鏈結構，整理出傳統供應鏈與契作供應鏈，兩種供應鏈不只是結構上的不同，產品品質、零售價的定價、消費客群等也不盡相同。建立供應鏈模型，提出批發商與農民的利潤公式與契約收購量的推導，歸納出契作模型，分析參數：批發價、契約收購價、二級市場價格、Penalty對批發商與農民利潤的影響，提出批發商擬定契約條款的決策與農民在面對契作時的考量因素。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The market price of bananas is fluctuating and changes dramatically. It may cause the farmers’ labor in vain. The retail price of banana that is known for high quality in convenience stores is higher than the market price while the market price is low. Study the supply chain of banana in market and convenience stores. The supply chains are not only structurally but also the quality of product, price and consumer different. The approach of this research is to establish the model of supply chain for contract farming that includes profit formulation and the decision of volume of contractual acquisition. Analyze the impact of the parameters as price of wholesale, price of contractual acquisition, price of secondary market, penalty on the profits to the wholesaler and farmer. The result of this research shows how the wholesaler makes the decision for the contract and the factors that the farmer considers whether attend the contract farming. | en |
