摘要: | 近幾十年來的電子科技發展,帶給人類社會相當大程度的進步以及便利,無論是個人穿戴式裝置的普及,或是當今電動汽車的發展,都來自於電子科技的發展。而電子科技的快速發展,背後是半導體產業技術的精進、與價格的合理化以至於社會大眾都能夠接觸到並享有科技所帶來的新產品。因此,半導體產業是推動人類科技進步的核心。
本文藉由較深入研究世界頂尖的半導體晶片廠–德州儀器,分析此企業如何能在數十年間在半導體領域中立足,並且在類比晶片市場中保持領先。此外探討並歸納,作為一個企業,其競爭策略為何;作為一個半導體企業,又是如何不斷的強化優勢,並有效的執行其競爭策略。 研究中將使用Michael Porter的五力分析,判斷德州儀器在半導體產業中,對其競爭產生較大的作用力,以了解其在產業中的所處位置。之後,進而使用Porter三種基本競爭策略,分析德州儀器如何在此環境之下,制定對公司最有利的競爭策略,並且本文將以實際案例探討德州儀器如何執行與落實競爭策略,而達到提升獲利、與維持市場競爭優勢。 The development of electronic technology in recent decades has brought considerable progress and convenience to human society. Whether it is the popularization of personal wearable devices or the development of today's electric vehicles, all come from the development of electronic technology. The technological advancement of semiconductor industry makes the rapid development of electronic technology, and makes the electrical devices more affordable. Therefore, the semiconductor industry is at the core of promoting human technological progress. This research hopes to analyze how Texas Instruments can gain a foothold in the semiconductor field for decades and maintain a leading position in the Analog market through a more in-depth study of the world's top semiconductor chip factory-Texas Instruments. I hope to discuss and summarize, as a company, its competitive strategy; as a semiconductor company, how to continuously strengthen its advantages and effectively implement its competitive strategy. The study will use Michael Porter's five-force analysis to determine Texas Instruments' role in the semiconductor industry and exert greater influence on its competition to understand its position in the industry. After that, I use Porter's three generic competitive strategies to analyze how Texas Instruments can formulate the most favorable competitive strategy for the company in this environment. This article will use real cases to explore how Texas Instruments implements and implements competitive strategies to increase profitability. , And maintain market competitive advantage. |
