摘要: | 隨著消費者對家居產品的個性化、功能性要求的逐漸提高,小眾家居、定制化家居的需求市場越來越大。2017年定制家居的市場份額就已達到傢俱建材市場的35%。較為有名的定制傢俱企業營業收入的年增長速度高於30%,這遠遠超過傢俱行業的整體年增長率。定制傢俱的市場開始迅速擴大。另一方面,全屋傢俱定制和整裝服務、為消費者提供一站式服務也正在變成室內設計以及傢俱公司的全新盈利點和發展新趨勢。
本文採用案例分析法和比較分析法,對於室內空間領域的私人定制模式和大規模定制模式分別進行了分析。對於兩種模式的定義、流程、目前存在的問題進行了研究。為了更好說明兩種模式的具體運作,本文還分別進行了案例分析。在對兩種模式有了比較全面的瞭解之後,本文對兩種模式進行了對比,並且進一步得出了研究結論:本文認為兩種模式面向不同的客戶物件,採用不同的策略流程,因此兩種模式都是室內設計服務的不同形式。同時兩者的客戶群並不具有明顯的重合。目前中國的兩種模式並不具有清晰的界限,主要是由於兩種模式都處在發展階段。中國的室內設計仍然需要一定的發展時間。並對人工智慧給家裝行業帶來的影響進行了分析。 With the gradual improvement of consumers' personalization and functional requirements for home products, the demand market for niche homes and customized homes is growing. In 2017, the market share of custom homes has reached 35% of the furniture and building materials market. The annual growth rate of the operating income of the more famous custom furniture companies is higher than 30%, which far exceeds the overall annual growth rate of the furniture industry. The market for custom furniture has begun to expand rapidly. On the other hand, the whole house furniture customization and self-service services, providing one-stop service for consumers is also becoming a new profit point and development trend of interior design and furniture companies. In this paper, case analysis and comparative analysis are used to analyze the private customization mode and mass customization mode in the indoor space field. The definitions, processes, and current problems of the two models were studied. In order to better illustrate the specific operation of the two modes, the paper also carried out case analysis. After a comprehensive understanding of the two models, this paper compares the two models, and further draws the conclusion of the study: this paper believes that the two models are oriented to different customer objects, using different strategic processes, so two Models are different forms of interior design services. At the same time, the customer base of the two does not have obvious overlap. At present, China's two models do not have clear boundaries, mainly because both models are in the development stage. China's interior design still needs a certain amount of development time. This paper also analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the home improvement industry. |
