摘要: | 廿世紀以來,電子積體電路設計因應摩爾定律而快速地發展,除了帶來了科技的進步外,也提供散熱產業一個蓬勃發展的空間。其中,台灣更形成了全世界消費性電子產品最專業的散熱產業的聚落所在地。然而消費性電子產品的快速發展,因此產品更迭迅速的情況之下,散熱廠商營運上的轉型變革更顯為重要。
本文以研究目前台灣散熱模組產業典範之超眾科技歷年來轉型變革之關鍵成功因素為目標,以PEST大環境系統性風險分析、Value Net價值網之產業競合及產品發展分析,與超眾本身內部經營管理之挑戰進行研究,並輔以C-SOP的方式分析探討超眾轉型變革之關鍵成功因素。 研究發現,超眾轉型變革之關鍵成功因素包括建構技術領導的核心競爭能力,以及其所帶來產品策略之早期投入藍海寡佔市場外,也包括深化與客戶之間的關係來創造更多營收的機會,塑造快速溝通的企業文化可以快速的定下決策,調整合適的組織來提升執行綜效,並充份授權與提供舞台給專業經理人發揮,造就了超眾歷年來漂亮的營運成績。 From the beginning of 20th century, in response to Moore's Law we have seen the development of LSI has grown rapidly. With the increasingly growth of science and technology, the thermal industry based in Taiwan has become one of the world's most important thermal development sector. However, due to the rapid development of consumer electronics products, operation need for the transformation of these thermal suppliers is even more important. This paper aims to study the key success factors for the transformation of Chuan Chong Technology Corp. (CCI) in the thermal cooling technology industry within Taiwan. Based on the systematic risk analysis of PEST, product development and industry competition by value net analysis; internal management challenges which supplemented by C-SOP analysis of the key success factors for the transformation. This study found that there are few key success factors for the transformation. These include the core competence built by the leading technology together with earlier involvement of leadership in product strategy. Factors also include having a closer bonding relation with customers creating more revenue opportunities together with rapid communication culture which can help with rapid decision-making hence adjusting the appropriate organization decisions to implementation of synergies. Lastly, granting full authority to these talent business managers to create a successful profitable result. |
