摘要: | 隨著物聯網(IoT)時代來臨,工業應用領域也開始整合各種技術而掀起新一波工業革命,也就是進化到工業4.0或稱第4次工業革命,在此背景條件之下,資訊系統的運用,以及資訊化、智慧化系統平台的整合,成為提升企業競爭力重要關鍵,加上近年來製造業不斷的提升對生產資訊即時化及透明化的要求,在智能製造的各項平台系統中,製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)在製造企業演進為智慧化工廠的過程中扮演極為重要的角色。
過去製造業資訊化建設的重點普遍放在ERP管理系統和現場自動化系統兩個方面,但是僅僅依靠ERP和現場自動化往往無法應付生產和管理之間的矛盾,ERP主要是針對上層資源計畫管理,能處理以前發生的事情,也可以預計並處理將要發生的事件,但是對現在正在發生的事件卻力不從心,傳統的車間管理容易被視為黑箱作業,而MES強調製造計畫的執行,它在計畫管理層和程式控制層之間架起了一座橋樑,恰好填補了兩者之間的鴻溝。 本研究以個案實證分析方式,探討MES平台如何在金屬沖壓加工廠順利推行並有效的實施與運用,結合五金沖壓生產加工的過程及品質特性,選取對應的管理模組,以最好的發揮MES的功能,並整合公司ERP等各項資訊平台,架構個案公司智慧化工廠的重要基礎。 本研究整合文獻探討與研究者多年的研究經驗,提出企業推行MES系統的關鍵成功因素,MES系統順利推行之後,對於公司體質的改變,量化與質化的指標都有不同程度的增長,為公司未來的發展累積了更多的資源與競爭力。實證結果說明這些關鍵成功因素是適宜且可行的,本研究結論可做為未來相關產業在推行MES或邁向智慧化工作的參考依循。 With the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT), industrial applications have also begun to integrate a variety of technologies and set off a new wave of industrial revolution, that is, evolution to the industry 4.0 or the fourth industrial revolution, under this background, the information system use, and information, intelligent system platform integration, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is an important key, coupled with the manufacturing industry in recent years to enhance the production of information on the immediate and transparent requirements, in the intelligent manufacturing of the platform system , Manufacturing Execution System (MES) plays an important role in the evolution of manufacturing companies as intelligent chemical plants. This paper explores how the MES platform can be successfully implemented and applied in the metal stamping factory, combined with the process and quality characteristics of metal stamping production and processing, and select the corresponding management module to make the best possible MES The integration of the company's ERP and other information platform, the structure of the company's intelligent manufacturing plant an important foundation. This paper integrates the literature and explores the research experience of the researcher for many years, and puts forward the key success factors of the MES system. After the MES system is carried out smoothly, the change of the constitution, the quantification and the quality of the MES system have different growth, Future development has accumulated more resources and competitiveness. The empirical results show that these key success factors are appropriate and feasible. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for future related industries in implementing MES or towards intelligent work. |
