摘要: 雲計算、大數據和移動物聯網等新興信息技術的發展,加速推動了信息化和工業化的融合,全球掀起了以製造業轉型升級為中心任務的新一輪工業革命。德國提出工業4.0戰略,美國提出先進製造業戰略,我國也制定了《中國製造2025》戰略規劃。以大數據為基礎的製造業轉型升級成為主流發展模式。
同步電子公司是一個面向電子科研企業的生產性服務供應商,其所處的PCB行業具有小批量、多批次、完全訂單式生產的特徵。當前公司面臨提高生產效率、縮短生產週期、改進產品品質等挑戰。為應對這些挑戰,本文研究在國家大數據、智能製造發展戰略引導下,同步公司在數位化轉型中運用大數據技術提升綜合競爭力的若干問題。
首先,在分析同步電子公司的戰略環境基礎上,論文提出了公司通過數位化轉型發展智能製造成為國內領先的電子科研生產綜合服務商的戰略,研究了支撐公司戰略實現的大數據應用策略、實施步驟和發展路線。其次,落實公司戰略和大資料戰略,研究了三個大數據應用實例及實現技術方法。一是應用大數據於關鍵業務數位元化轉型和流程再造,提出了一個EDA業務信息化評估模型,一種EDA業務流程重組和優化方法以及EDA業務應用系統架構;二是應用大數據於人力資源管理,研究了一種基於認知框架和數位設計師實現人力運營的方法,這是國內首次應用該方法進行智能化人力增長管理的探索實踐;三是網路安全的大數據應用,提出了一種新型的基於大數據未知網路攻擊行為探索方法以及公司網路安全態勢感知系統架構。文中系統地探討了同步電子公司在數位化轉型中運用大數據技術提升企業競爭力的實踐活動及其過程方法,對中小企業發展具有參考意義。
The development of new information technology, such as cloud computing, Big Data and mobile Internet, accelerates the integration of informatization and industrialization, and the world has set off a new industrial revolution with the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry as the central task. Germany has proposed industrial 4.0 strategic initiative, the United States fostered smart manufacturing strategy, and China also has formulated the 'Made in China 2025' strategic plan. The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry based on Big Data has become the mainstream development mode.
Tongbu Electronics Co., Ltd. is a production service provider for electronic research enterprises, and its PCB industry has the characteristics of all make-to-order, a small amount for a production order and multiple batches for each order. Currently the company faces the challenge of improving production efficiency, shortening production cycle and improving product quality. In order to meet these challenges, this paper studies several problems of using Big Data technology to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company in the digital transformation under the guidance of the national Big Data and the intelligent manufacturing development strategy.
First, on the basis of analyzing the strategic environment of Tongbu electronics company, the paper puts forward the strategy of the company to become the leading electronic research and production integrated service provider, by realizing the digital transformation, the development of intelligent manufacturing based on Big Data technology and then studies the strategy of Big Data application, and implementing procedures to support the company's strategic goal. Secondly, the paper studies three Big Data applications and the implementation techniques and methods for realizing company strategy. First, for the application of Big Data in the key business digital transformation and process reengineering, we put forward a EDA business information evaluation model, a EDA business process reengineering and optimization methods and EDA business application system architecture; Second, in order to improve human resource management, this paper studies a method based on cognitive framework and digital designer to realize human operation, which is the first time to apply this method to intelligent growth management in China; Thirdly, a network security situational awareness system based on Big Data technology is proposed, which includes a Big Data analytic method quickly discovering network anomaly activity and identifying network attack action accurately. This paper systematically discusses the practical activities and the process methods of using Big Data technology to enhance the competitive power of Tongbu electronic company in the digital transformation, which is of significance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
