摘要: | 科技日益進步,汽車幾乎成為一般家庭不可或缺的交通工具。在地狹人稠的臺灣,出門前往往會擔心目的地是否有停車位,停車位是否好找,若目的地沒有大眾交通運輸工具可以到達,自行開車勢必為唯一解決方式,但找尋車位通常會耗費大量時間,出遊的好心情都會化為灰燼,有什麼好方法能讓停車這件事情快速解決呢?
本篇論文再探討國外與臺灣找尋車位的方法後,認為臺灣找尋車位的方法並不多樣,所以選定國外行動泊車系統,欲將其建置於臺灣,並評估其可行性,希望能藉由本研究之系統能有解決找尋車位的問題。 本研究將行動代客泊車系統建置完成後,並對其進行評估,發現使用者對與此系統滿意度非常的高,本研究又將其導入臺灣市場並發現,大多數的車主,傾向直接開車前往目的地,根據觀察發現,一旦踏上車,車主很容易依賴車上的導航軟體或是相信自己的行車大腦。從停車的行為來看,大部份的車主傾向一開始自己找尋停車位,當找不到停車位時,多數的車主選擇再繞繞,隨著時間的消耗,車主對於願意負擔的價格也會向上提升,此時若能提供即時的停車資訊,車主有超過 80% 的機率會前往你希望他前往的停車場。 本研究認為若想要解決車主找尋車位的困擾,應從建置於既有用戶的流程中,而不是創造新的停車模式。目前停車應用可以嘗試切入的角度為,提供車主能輕易查詢到附近的停車場,包含價位、剩餘車位、街景等整合性的資訊平台,並建置於其車內導航軟體。 As technology advances, vehicle has become indispensable for a family. Since Taiwan has limited space, people always worry about if there is any parking space near their destinations. If there is no public transportation to the place, driving is the only way to arrive. However, it takes a lot of time to look for a parking space. Is there any good idea to solve this problem? After researching ways of find a parking space in Taiwan and other countries, we found that there are few methods in Taiwan. Therefore, we try to implement the mobile parking service originated from western countries in Taiwan and assess its feasibility, hoping to solve the parking problem. After implementing the mobile parking device, we begin to assess its practicability. We found that users were very satisfied with this service. Moreover, we put it to the Taiwan market, and found that most drivers preferred driving to their destinations. According to our observations, they mostly relied on GPS or themselves. From their parking behaviors, we found that most drivers would look for the space by themselves, if they could not find one, they would drive around. When spending more time on this, drivers would be more willing to pay for higher parking service prices. If we can offer updated parking information, drivers would go to the parking lot which you want them to go, and the possibility even over 80%. Our research shows that if we want to solve the parking problem, we should implement the model in current users but not create a new parking model. Now we can provide drivers with information of close parking lots with prices, the remaining parking spaces or street photos, and implement the information above into the GPS set in cars. |
