摘要: | 食品產業是一個國家內需產業更是重要的民生產業,但是食品業與其他行業不同,最顯著的特點就是產品同質化程度較高並且因為通路主導性強和通路高毛利的要求致使產品微利,造成企業在投入新產品的模式常常使用抄襲和追隨型態,原創性新產品少,革命性經營模式變更少,企業間獨特性不彰顯。此外再加上國內內需市場規模不足,且易受到國際環境變遷,國際原物料價格急漲急跌,以及市場自由化後帶來劇烈國際競爭等因素之影響,導致諸多食品製造業皆有面臨發展之困境。
食品產業的危機也伴隨著新事業發展契機,新一波產業變革機會主要來自於供應端的食品工業製造商、渠道的批發商、零售端的外食產業、中食產業和消費者端四個力量激盪而成。主動掌握趨勢發展,提出創新變革才是生存核心,台灣食品產業若欲突破現有發展困境,唯有透過產業價值創新與擴張策略思維,才能帶領食品產業開創全新之格局。 Food industry is an essential national domestic industry and an important livelihood industry. Food industry is very different from other industries, it is a low-margin product which is significant features are in high degree of product homogeneity, and strong channel power and high channel margin. Therefore, resulting in business investment and new product often being plagiarism and follower, less originality in new product, less revolutionary business model, and enterprises seldom have unique features. Apart from the impact on domestic market coupled with lack of market size, vulnerable to the international environmental changes, international raw material price was soared and plunge, and market liberalization brought intense competition.The above facts caused many food manufacturing industries facing the dilemma of development. Food industry crisis also accompanied by the development of new business opportunities, opportunities for a new wave of changes in the industry will need the following four powers, mainly from the food manufacturers, distributor (wholesaler), retail (restaurant, HMR, take away), and consumer. To take initiative to grasp trends, propose innovative is the core of survival, Taiwan's food industry is hoping to overcome existing development difficulties. Through innovation and creation of industrial value and expansion of strategic thinking we can lead the food industry to create a new pattern. |
