醫療大數據平台之商業模式探討與未來展望

Abstract

健康意識近年來在國人心中之地位越來越重要，同時，雲端運算，大數據分析等技術也漸漸成熟，基因測序等解碼遺傳基因之技術也逐漸從學術界進入產業化的階段，醫療大數據平台的基礎已有，等待的是商業模式的興起，產業鏈的整合。 本文透過游張松博士於2012年提出的VCC模型與VPS模型分析醫療大數據，分析其商業模式與未來展望。 首先在文獻探討中描述了醫療大數據的前提技術﹣基因測序，精準醫療與大數據系統架構，並解釋醫療大數據應用場景，主要分臨床操作，付款定價與研究開發等等。 在第三章之醫療大數據產業分析中，先分析各個利益關聯者的角色定位與其利害關係，透過VCC模型將利益關聯者鏈接起來，形成一個完整的價值循環。 在第四章之未來展望，利用VPS模型分析各個角色在醫療大數據平台中的願景，定位，與情景，從VPS模型中可以看出醫療大數據平台之價值與未來無限的可能。最後，將台灣的醫療狀況考慮在內，透過醫療大數據平台專注在重症醫療與觀光醫療帶領台灣醫療業走向國際化。

Big healthcare are getting more and more attention and investment recently due to the breakthrough in gene sequencing and big data analytics. What’s missing is a proper business model and comprehensive policy and regulations. By using VCC model and VPS model, which are published by Dr. Yu in 2012, this article has developed a business model suitable for Taiwan healthcare industry and the future opportunities.In the literature review, I’ve discussed about the definition and application scenario of Big Healthcare Data. Following with the infrastructure and technology required for building a lasting ecosystem. In the analysis of Big Health Data Analysis, I pointed out the benefit and loss of each stockholders, and their role in the Value Creation Cycle. In Chapter 4, I applied the VPS model to see how exactly each role can benefit and generate value to fulfill the vision we anticipate in Big Healthcare Data Platform. Lastly, I discussed current issues in Taiwan healthcare industry, and how the platform will help Taiwan’s healthcare institution to go abroad focusing on Asia market.
