摘要: | 本研究旨在探討在新創事業發展初期,商業機會不明朗,創業資源有限的狀況下,新創事業如何透過拼貼資源發現機會、解決問題,並獲取有效資源。透過文獻的探討,我們發現拼貼資源足以作為在新創事業遇到上述狀況時的解決方案之一,於是本研究採取了解釋性的個案研究方式,以K公司在新創事業發展過程中所面臨到的機會與挑戰,期以拼貼資源的觀點加以解釋創業過程中,面對機會轉折與資源整合的決策取捨。
研究結果發現:一,拼貼資源是一種主動爭取、被動接受的態度。二,拼貼資源起始於對未來(機會、資源)的不確定性。三,拼貼資源的動態性與持續性有助於在機會不明朗、資源不足的狀況下,解決問題,或迅速決策改變計畫。四、摸索中的創業型態及具有外控型人格團隊特質較適合在創業過程中應用拼貼資源。 本研究更歸納出拼貼資源無法系統化,它更近於一種決策上的直覺,且呈現高度動態變化,因此本研究分析整理出「直覺、動態、順勢」為拼貼資源的精神內涵。 This study aimed to explore how to find opportunities, solve the problems and get effective resources through bricolage at the beginning of a new venture, which is in uncertain situation with limited resources. Through literature review, we find bricolage is a sufficient as a solution for the new venture when experiencing above conditions, so we took interpretive case study via “K Company”, in the process of a new venture facing opportunities and challenges. We found bricolage that can be explained the decision-making trade-offs for turning points when facing the opportunity and integration of resources in the entrepreneurial process. Our study results are showed: bricolage is an active approach with passive acceptance attitude. Second, bricolage is generated from the uncertainties of opportunities and resources in the future. Third, the dynamic and sustain of bricolage can make problem solving, decision making rapidly or changing the original plans in the uncertain opportunities and insufficient resources. Fourth, it is easier to use bricolage in the venture process in unsure business model and the entrepreneur who has external locus of control than a certainty and internal locus of control. This study also concludes bricolage cannot be systemized; it is closer to an intuitive decision with highly dynamic changes. Our conclusion finds out 'intuition, dynamic, homeopathy' are the spiritual connotations of bricolage. |
