dc.description.abstract有別於封閉式共振腔(enclosed cavity),開口式共振腔(open cavity)沒有明顯的邊界,因此在大多數情況中,其內部電磁波的行為並沒有解析解。因此,在本研究中,以數值模擬的方法對TE11模式電磁波在開口式共振腔的表現做分析;在時域(temporal domain)及頻域(spectral domain)中分別探究其反射行為,以討論電磁波在開口式共振腔中的品質因子(quality factor)。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOpen cavities are different from enclosed cavities, there is no obvious boundary. Therefore, there does not exist an analytical solution of the electromagnetic waves in open cavities. In this study, the behaviors of electromagnetic waves of TE11 mode in open cavities are analyzed by numerical simulation. The reflections in temporal domain and spectral domain are investigated to obtain the quality factors.en
