| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以線性迴歸與Logistic迴歸方式，研究期間為2001年至2012年。針對本國14家金融控股公司成立以來併購案為研究基礎，探討併購案需要有更有經驗之專業經理人來提升其整體金融控股公司之規模，以及金融控股公司之績效會不會影響公司併購案。進行經理人年齡、持股比例與金融控股公司經營績效評估。
本研究實證結果歸納如下：篩選出14家金融控股公司之併購案中，經理人年齡對於併購案有顯著影響(支付方式與交易金額)，由其在支付方面經理人偏好利用股票支付；年齡介於59~62歲之間對於併購案之支付金額最有影響力，從有經驗經理人過去的經驗，在與被併購方談判時有準確的判斷，同時需要更多有經驗的經理人，來幫助金融控股公司在併購案之發展。 | zh_TW |
