以VCC分析產業價值鏈—以台灣海攬業產業為例

Abstract

台灣是個擁有極佳海運環境和航運優勢的國家，而其中99%的進出口貿易由海運運送。在航運業相關產業中，其中最值得注意的就是服務範圍遍及全世界，在整個海運物流鏈中扮演著相當重要物流服務提供者的角色的海運承攬運送業。如何預防降低內部威脅及風險的發生，並快速回應顧客需求、強化自身的競爭能力，乃是海運承攬運送業者所面臨的重要經營課題。 本研究以將海攬業視為第三方物流之運輸與倉儲業者納入供應鏈中資訊分享與協同作業的合作夥伴，協同規劃企業與其供應商、客戶間的物料與製成品供應；以Value Creation Cycle System (VCC)為研究工具，探討海攬業者如何應用創新技術將訂單資訊與運輸、倉儲連結，會造成台商企業執行供應鏈管理時，因資訊流中斷而產生的錯誤降低。 藉由VCC所提及的理論，整合其資源，量身設計整合性物流作業模式與供應鏈解決方案，運用e化資訊平台建立完整與及時的資訊分享機制，同時結合實體物流設備與資源與全球網路優勢，提供企業彈性與快速回應的客製化服務，有效降低廠商作業管理時間、整體物流成本，提昇廠商交期管理可靠度，為廠商創造低成本、高效率之整體供應鏈管理效益，創造產業中全新的價值。

Freight Forwarder plays an important role in maritime industry. However, how to maintain competitive strength, integrate technology and logistics partners, and quickly response to customers have become an important part. This study aims to use VCC (Value Creation cycle) to create a new business model with freight forwarder and their logistics partners to quickly response their customers request and advise suitable shipping plan to customer to help them shorten the lead time and reduce logistics costs. The results show that using VCC to create a new business model which is integrate a technology and logistic partners, not only can quickly responce customer requests, advice suitable routeing to shorten the transit time and reduce logistic cost for customers, but also make chains more efficiency.
