| 摘要: | 面對全球商業環境日益動盪形成的各種挑戰,對有能力引領出色表現的領導者的需求空前強烈,對領導的需求也很複雜,沒有固定的模式,但基本上都需要一種靈活、多功能、在必要時具有國際視野的領導力。
中華民族五千年的燦爛文明,締造了博大精深的中華文化,五十六個民族多姿多彩的文化是其中重要的組成部分。作為中國西部的少數民族聚居區,如何將新疆維吾爾自治區的主體民族—維吾爾族的優秀文化,巧妙地運用到現代企業管理中,以此不斷提升企業的領導力,是本文研究的目的。本文以港中旅國際新疆公司為例,深入剖析少數民族地區企業領導力的現狀,對維吾爾族文化中的領導力思想進行了提煉、維吾爾文化中對企業領導力的影響進行了研究、對汲取維吾爾文化精華,提升港中旅國際新疆公司領導力方面進行了積極的探索,並在五個方面取得了成效。 本文通過對民族地區企業領導力相關理論和實踐的研究,試圖對地方企業如何將地域文化融入到自身的企業文化中、為有區位優勢的新疆地區的企業提供經驗和借鑒。 In the face of various challenges to the global business environment, the demands for outstanding leadership are increasing and complicated as well. However, leadership is of no fixed mode but a flexible, multi-functional and international if necessary. As one of the most important parts for multi-culture composed by fifty-six nationalities, Chinese civilization of over five thousand years creates her extensive and profound culture. Thus the aim of the study is to apply the outstanding culture of Uygur people which is the largest ethnic group in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the ethnic minority areas in West China to modernized enterprise management in order that the enterprise leadership can be improved. It takes CTS Xinjiang as an example to analyze in-depth the status of leadership in Xinjiang and improvement of the leadership of Uygur culture, and it also studies their cultural impact on enterprise leadership, meanwhile explores the promotion of leadership to CTS Xinjiang and achievements in every aspect. In this paper through the research on theory and practice of leadership in the ethnic minority areas, it attempts to provide experience and reference to merge local culture into enterprise culture to enterprises in Xinjiang with regional advantages. |
