摘要: | 本論文中,我們調控功能性中心的能隙,設計出以芴之衍生物為發光中心的雙縮脲自組裝分子,分別為放藍光的m-T2Biuret、綠光的m-BTDFBiuret、紅光的m-TPDFBiuret,藉由掃描式與穿透式電子顯微鏡鑑定,分子可於四氫呋喃溶液、醇類溶劑、丙酮中自組裝形成奈米球。將雙縮脲基團與共軛中心接在間位(meta)的分子與本實驗室曾國弼學長的對位(para)系統做比較,研究分子結構與自組裝結構的相對關係,並從能量轉移實驗進一步探討間位和對位系統分子自我辨識能力(self-recognition)。 此外我們運用陽極氧化鋁(anodized aluminum oxide, AAO)模板,成功地將間位取代之雙縮脲分子從零維的奈米球轉為一維的單層奈米管,也透過Rayleigh不穩定性得到竹子狀奈米管。最後從間位或對位取代之雙縮脲分子選擇選取兩個吸收與放光光譜重疊性較好的分子,從雙層奈米管中材料分布情形探討自分類(self-sorting)能力。 In this thesis, we report three new fluorene derivatives, m-T2Biuret, m-BTDFBiuret and m-TPDFBiuret, on which the biuret self-assembly motifs were introduced. Through the characterizations of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, the molecules can assemble into different nano-morphologies such as nano-sphere, fiber or hollow sphere by manipulating the solvent compositions. Comparing our meta substituted system with para substituted system reported by Kuo-Pi Tseng, Ph.D., we can discuss the correlation between molecular structure and self-assembled nanostructure. Further discussion of self-recognition of meta to para system can be made by energy transfer experiment. By means of the AAO(anodized aluminum oxide)template assisted fabrication, one dimensional single-wall nanotubes were obtained by transformation of zero dimensional nanospheres. Bamboo-like nanotube is prepared by the non-solvent-assisted template wetting method in the cause of Rayleigh instability. Finally, we assign two compounds with well overlapping of absorption and emission spectrum from meta or para substituted system to synthesize two-layer nanotube and discuss the self-sorting ability. |
