dc.description.abstract近年來,台灣地區肥胖人口的數量日漸增加,年齡層也日漸下降,為了幫助這些肥胖的國人,我們設計了一個以減重為目標的遠距照護系統,在日常紀錄方面,以體重、飲食、運動還有睡眠四個方面為主軸搭配線上課程以及減重相關須知來提供全面性的照護。在個案管理師方面,也加入了患者的電子病歷紀錄來幫助個案管理師及醫師們可以更精準的評估病人的生理狀況來制定更有效率及健康的減重計畫。另一方面,此系統亦可以在判斷異常病患上幫助營養師們節省照顧病患的時間。除此之外,我們也希望可以找出個別患者在減重時,影響他們減重效果的原因,因此,我們利用皮爾森相關係數 (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) 來對患者上傳的資料做相關性的分析,希望藉此來為每個患者量身打造各自的減重計畫,讓患者了解,在自己減重的過程中,各個面向所佔的權重各是多少。以利日後推廣減重照護或是遠距照護系統時,作為分析方法及臨床決策之用。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the study, web-based telehealthcare system was integrated with a mobile application for diet people. In order to comprehensively deal with the overweight problem, the user interface with four important aspects on weight, diet, exercise and sleep records is implemented. In addition, online courses and knowledge of diet are provided in the system. The electronic medical record of National Taiwan University Hospital is also embedded in the system for the case managers and doctors to evaluate the status of the obese and overweight patients. In the other hand, the system also can save case managers a lot of time to take care of patients by collecting abnormal patients automatically. Moreover, the target of the system is to help patients for reducing body weight and improving their health, so that discovering reasons that influences the effect of weight-loss is also essential for patients. We utilize Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient which represents the correlative degree of two variables to discover the relationship between the reduced weight of people and their lifestyle records. It is valuable and important for patients to realize their own situation, to execute their weight-loss plan efficiently, and to improve their health.en
