| dc.description.abstract | 吸菸會導致許多慢性疾病，菸害防制在疾病預防是重要課題，推動菸害防制臨床護理人員扮演重要角色。本研究的目的旨在(1)探討台灣地區臨床護理人員對於菸害防制的知識、態度、感受障礙、參與立法政策看法及行為之現況；(2)探討個人基本屬性、護理專業與菸害防制訓練背景、個人吸菸狀況、菸害防制知識、菸害防制態度、推動菸害防制之感受障礙，以及參與立法政策看法與菸害防制行為之相關性。採橫斷式描述相關性研究設計，以結構式問卷收集資料，於台灣地區北部一家醫學中心與菸害有關疾病之病房單位之護理人員進行問卷調查，共發出541份問卷，回收有效問卷501份，回收率為92.6%。所得資料以SPSS 18.0軟體建檔，並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe’s事後檢定、Pearson’s積差相關與逐步複迴歸進行分析。研究結果發現臨床護理人員：(一)在菸害防制知識的平均答對率為73.7%；菸害防制態度大多傾向於正向；而在菸害防制行為方面，其介入頻率多介於「很少/從未~偶爾」之間。(二)影響其協助病人戒菸的前三大障礙因素依序為：病患沒有興趣及動機(74.5%)、缺乏時間(67.1%)、缺乏該方面的能力(技能)(56.5%)。(三)在參與菸害防制立法政策看法方面，大多數的臨床護理人員(75.5~84.8%)同意菸害防制立法與政策的九個敘述，但對於現有政策，如「二代戒菸」(16.4%)及「戒菸衛教師」(27.3%)，只有少數護理人員知道，且只有少數會參與菸害防制的政策、立法活動(2.0%)，以及菸草預防和戒菸的大眾教育活動(14.4%)。(四)菸害防制行為之重要相關變項為：臨床護理人員「工作單位在病房」、「參與菸害防制立法政策看法越正向」、「對菸害防制感受障礙越小」、「曾經在學校教育上過菸害防制相關課程」、「對菸害防制態度越正向」、「年紀越輕」、「職位為臨床進階護理人員(個案管理師、專科護理師)」者，其菸害防制行為越好，共可解釋「菸害防制行為」24.5%的變異量，調整後為23.5%。根據研究結果，研究者提出未來護理實務、教育與研究之建議，可供護理人員菸害防制教育訓練規劃(包含學校教育、在職教育)與後續研究之參考。 | zh_TW |
