統立機電工程有限公司發展戰略研究

Abstract

由於經濟、科技的飛速發展，世界時刻都在發生變化，統立機電有限公司要想在充滿變數的環境中生存，離不開戰略的指導。本文通過對統立發展面對的外部環境（包括宏觀環境、行業環境、競爭環境）和內部環境（業務、文化、資源與能力）的研究，與兩種業務類型的競爭對手作比較，分析得出公司競爭戰略，保持企業競爭力，以供長遠發展。 機電工程企業主要作為工程承包商，為客戶提供工程商的外包服務，同時向供應商購買材料，勞務發包給建築公司，是機電服務類企業。統立現有業務主要來自於消費性電子行業工廠建設和生產線安裝，為了更好地拓展統立的業務量，尋找發展空間,本文以波特（1985）的競爭戰略理論為基礎，應用PEST分析法分析統立外部宏觀環境，運用波特五力模型分析方法，在大量閱讀相關文獻和收集行業資料的基礎上找出統立面對的機遇與挑戰、優勢與劣勢，確定了統立未來的戰略發展思路，並根據戰略特點制定了詳細的實施保障計畫。為保障戰略的實施，統立從人力資源開發、組織結構調整、資金保障以及網站資訊建設四個方面保證其戰略的正常實施。 該論文研究成果對統立的自身發展意義重大，具有指導意義和實用價值，同時對行業內其他企業也具有參考價值。

The world are always booming with the fast development of the economy, science and technology. To survive in the changing world, JONY need to modify and adjust current company strategy which should be suitable for guiding its future sustainable development. This study attempts to analyze the inner and outer circumstance of JONY and compare itself with the competitors. Finally, we find the strategy to remain competitive and long tern development. JONY electromechanical engineering enterprise is a kind of contractor who offers the whole service of an electromechanical project. JONY needs to order the construction materials from the supplier and hire the construction term temporarily. The primary business of JONY comes from consumer electronic industry. To expand the existing business and space for development, the study collects and summarizes modern management theory containing Porter's competitive strategy theory, then it uses various types of strategic management tools to analyze external and internal environment with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, such as PEST model and SWOT model. Based on these analysis, we get the company’s future development strategy. In addition, the study also provide four measures to ensure that JONY could achieve the strategy target smoothly. The results for JONY electromechanical engineering enterprise future development has the significant guiding and practical value, and it also has the reference value to the other companies in the same industry.
