dc.description.abstract | 台灣機械的工業技術於國際市場上的好口碑享譽全球,台灣製造除了優良的品質外更是高性價比的代名詞。但在各國相繼喊出工業4.0的方針時,台灣的機械製造業是否能夠跟這一波智慧製造的浪潮還是未知數。除了因應其他工業大國的競爭,機械產業除了要承受全球化日益加劇的競爭壓力外,還必須面對企業體制轉型、升級的迫切需求。近年來行政流程的標準化及完整資訊系統的導入已成企業數位化轉型的顯學,但台灣的中小型機械製造業由於其產業特性及管理模式使得企業轉型相對地不易。因此本研究希望藉由文獻結合產業現況探討目前機械製造產業在資訊導入時所面臨之困難,整理出影響導入的關鍵因子及導入前置作業對於企業的重要性。藉由親身參與資訊系統導入商的探討整理出導入所需要完成的前置作業項目,並針對前置作業所需要的資訊收集定義出專案執行團隊所需要的成員。並運用個案研究的實例,期望能提供企業在資訊系統導入時的參考依據。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The industrial technology of Taiwan made its great reputation into the global market not only due to its high quality but also as a high cost-performance option. However, it is uncertain for the Taiwanese machinery manufacturing industry to keep up the path with the up coming wave of smart manufacturing. In addition to its competitivity to all those countries with strong industrial development, the machinery manufacturing industy of Taiwan is also undergoing the urgent need of corporation transformation.Although the standardization of business process as well as the integration of information system had become the paragon for corporation’s digital transformation, such necessary transformation can not be accomplished easily. This research aims to combine previous studies and recent situation relevent to the implementation of information system for machinery manufacturing industy in order to further compile the critical factors and the prerequisite for enterprise who desire such transformation.Furthermore, via personal participation and interview with professional information system providers to further develop a model for information system implementation. The model defined the suitable project team members which will be in charge of data gathering and the execution of the information system implementation. Nevertheless, the model will be applied through case study for a more practical reference which expect to provide a feasible appoach for enterprise to follow. | en |
