摘要: | 鉛會對人體健康造成嚴重影響,近年來,飲用水中的鉛汙染漸受關注。已經有研究指出在嚴重的鉛污染事件中,含鉛腐蝕產物是主要污染的來源。然而,目前利用濾紙過濾來區分顆粒態鉛和溶解態鉛之方法可能造成在判斷污染來源及防治措施上會有誤判問題。在本研究中,在鉛管上形成白鉛礦(PbCO3)、水白鉛礦(Pb3(CO3)2(OH)2),磷氯鉛礦(Pb5(PO4)3Cl)及二氧化鉛(PbO2)等四種鉛腐蝕產物後進行模擬用水之沖刷實驗,以評估這些腐蝕產物脫落情形。此外,利用不同孔徑的濾紙(0.45 m和0.22 m)、伏安極譜儀(ASV)和單粒子感應耦合電漿質譜儀(spICP-MS)來研究濾紙對於區分溶解態鉛和顆粒態鉛的有效程度。結果發現,在沖刷實驗中,四種腐蝕產物顆粒大小均以大於0.45m的顆粒占最多比例;白鉛礦顆粒最容易從鉛管表面脫落,而脫落的二氧化鉛顆粒則具有最大之平均粒徑。此外,使用單粒子感應耦合電漿質譜儀檢測後,在所有過濾樣品中均檢測到顆粒存在,表示小於濾紙孔徑的顆粒可以通過濾紙,在傳統的操作型定義上,會被判定為溶解態鉛。由於伏安極譜儀量測過程並不會與顆粒態鉛進行反應,因此,實驗結果顯示伏安極譜儀的量測較能準確量測溶解態鉛。 Lead can cause serious impacts on human health. The concern of lead exposure via drinking water has risen in recent years. It has been reported that particulate lead plays an important role in serious contamination incidents. However, the current method using filtration to distinguish particulate lead and soluble lead could lead to problems in identifying the causes of contamination and implementing remediation strategies. In this study, lead pipes incubated for four different lead corrosion products, including cerussite (PbCO3), hydrocerussite (Pb3(CO3)2(OH)2), chloropyromorphite (Pb5(PO4)3Cl), and PbO2 were used in flushing experiments to evaluate the detachment of these corrosion products. Different pore size filters (0.45 m and 0.22 m), anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) and single particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (spICP-MS) were employed to investigate the effectiveness of filters to distinguish soluble lead and particulate lead. The results indicated that the fraction for particles larger than 0.45 m dominated for all four corrosion products in flushing experiment. Among these four corrosion products, cerussite particles were most readily detached from the pipe surfaces and detached PbO2 particles possessed the largest mean size. Particles were detected in all filtered samples by spICP-MS, indicating that particles smaller than the pore sizes could pass through the filter and be operationally defined as part of the soluble lead. ASV could provide a better soluble lead measurement since it does not respond to particulate lead. |
