dc.description.abstract在資訊急速爆炸的時代,人們逐漸身處於愈趨動態難測的決策環境以及面臨愈趨複雜的決策問題。多目標(準則)決策方法為一套透過計量方法,協助決策者在面臨多目標或多準則問題下找尋適切解的理論模型。經過數十年來的長足發展,更趨完善的多目標(準則)決策模型已陸續被各路學者所提出,且廣泛的運用在各行各業中; 關鍵績效指標源起於經濟學80/20法則的概念,強調少數關鍵因素決定多數績效結果的經濟現象。此概念後續成為績效管理之濫觴,被各種組織企業大量運用在衡量組織、團隊或個人之績效表現以及決定重大資源分配之事務。然而,在資源有限的考量下,關鍵績效指標的遴選、標準的制定、以及後續資源的分配投入,決策者必須經過全盤審慎的考量、審定與不斷的檢核,才能制定出更利於組織發展以及符合全體利害關係人權益的策略標準。
本文將四大篇幅進行多準則決策問題與關鍵績效指標相關議題探討。首篇以國內房地產仲介業為研究對象,探討其互動行銷工具之導入狀況和績效表現,並透過網絡分析以及深度訪談法,為該產業遴選並排序出最適切的互動行銷工具以及關鍵績效指標; 此外,著眼於日今愈趨動態複雜的企業環境,多目標(準則)決策已成為許多高階決策者所面臨的難題。本研究之後兩篇,即於此議題上著墨,首先透過整合現有多目標決策方法的方式,發展出一套可行性較佳的多準則決策模型,並以海峽兩岸鋼鐵製造業企業營運總部觀點,分別於第二篇及第三篇探討生產製造部門以及營運銷售部門之關鍵績效指標決策議題來作為本模型之驗證。第四篇則進一步基於前兩篇之研究成果,對跨國公司生產與行銷部門間的協調議題進行專題探討。以下為各篇目所探討之內容簡介:
一、互動行銷工具所帶來強大的行銷能力,近幾年來已被許多專家學者注意並廣泛的運用在各行各業中。然而,並非所有導入互動行銷工具的組織都能收到正面的效果。產業別、管理模式和企業文化的差異往往造成決定性的影響。本研究對象為台灣房地產仲介業,探討該產業組織於互動行銷工具導入與使用上的成效表現和所面臨的困難。在多目標決策工具的輔佐下,本研究將協助研究對象尋找並排序出與組織績效最密切關聯的管理項目和其對應最有利之互動行銷工具,期盼本研究成果能對國內房地產仲業界者提出可加強關注之面向與管理實作建議。
二、本篇之研究重點在於自有多準則決策模型的發展與導入。透過整合現有之灰色理論、模糊理論、深度訪談法、德菲法以及層級分析法,本篇發展出,希望提供一套適用性較為廣泛、且可行性較佳的多準則決策模型給決策者作參考。同時,選擇海峽兩岸之前幾大鋼鐵製造公司為實驗對象,驗證本模型之實證性。
三、同樣採用上篇之模型,從全球具備多事業單位之鋼鐵製造公司、與資深行銷主管及學者的角度,探討企業總部規劃行銷策略績效指標遴選與排序之議題,本研究提出四大構面,並於其下遴選出重要指標再進行權重排序,以作為相關個案公司實務面之參考。
四、產銷協調問題為近數十年來產業界最備受關注的議題之一。尤其跨國公司在多角化貿易的營運模式下,每日都必須處理來自不同地域、不同工廠、或是不同接單子公司彼此產銷分配及協調整合的複雜業務。產銷協調議題處理的成熟度與組織營運績效具有高度的相關性。本研究採用多準則決策模型,在跨國公司的多國營運架構下,遴選出影響產銷協調表現的關鍵因子,作為相關跨國公司實務面之參考。
