dc.description.abstract | 本文旨在提供統合分析的基礎概念,包括其理論基礎、台灣的應用現況分析及其在生產管理研究的應用,並系統性的文獻回顧統合分析在生產管理領域的發展與應用。此外基於統合分析工具的必要性及可用性,本研究還側重於統合分析軟體的比較和歸類,主要分成四個構面來進行軟體的比較:一般性、必要性、進階性及補充性的功能。
統合分析已經發展出一套固定的模式,其於生醫、教育、及心理領域的研究在這過去的二十年也急遽增加,相對於Cochrane資料庫至少超過4800篇統合分析的研究,生產與管理領域仍處於早期發展階段。 結果顯示在生產與品質管理領域,已有統合分析應用於品質管理(QM)、即時生產系統(JIT)及運營管理(OM)的相關論文,主要應用此研究方法來探討管理實務與企業績效之間的關係,而本文主要利用此三篇個案論文比較其與一般認定的統合分析標準流程之差異與領域成熟度。此篇論文的貢獻之一為簡潔歸納出基於統合分析理論基礎的七個步驟,並將此流程進一步說明三篇個案論文的應用情況。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to examine the theories, state-of-the-art in Taiwan and applications in production research of meta-analysis (MA). A structured literature review is applied on the development of meta-analysis in production and quality management fields. In addition, MA related software and its comprehensive comparison have been conducted in this study. According to usability and necessity, the MA software comparison is further classified into the following four categories: general, must, advanced and complementary. The MA theories were developed into a fixed formulation and for the past two decades its applications and papers were increasing rapidly in biomedical, education and phycology fields. Compared with the well-known Cochrane reviews with more than 4800 medical papers, the MA applications in production research are still at its early stage. The results observed from the literature review show that there are only a few papers using the meta-analysis method in the production management such as the quality management (QM) practices, just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing practices and operation management (OM). The main applications are to investigate the relationship between management practices and firm performance. One of the contributions of this study is that we generalized an MA theoretical 7 steps, and these are used to further illustrate how MA applied in QM, JIT, and OM. | en |
