摘要: | 本論文主要針對均溫板進行熱傳性能之研究,研究方法中,首先進行均溫板理論模式的建立,包含了熱阻理論模式與各種操作極限之理論模式,接著建立均溫板性能測試平台,並於此平台上量測均溫板在各種不同操作狀況下性能之表現,調整的量測參數中包含加熱功率、介面材質、冷卻水溫、冷卻水流量、熱源面積、傾斜角度等。根據實驗結果,均溫板於達到操作極限前,熱阻隨功率上升而下降,超過操作極限後,熱阻隨加熱功率一同上升,於各實驗中測得系統總熱阻最低為0.045 K/W。由本論文建立之測試平台,各接觸面之接觸熱阻總和佔總熱阻約36%。本實驗測試之均溫板在功率300W時,水溫由10℃升至40℃後,熱源溫度上升約20℃,熱阻下降約35%。縮小熱源面積將提高總熱阻,以及熱傳極限降低。在操作於最佳功率下,傾斜角度對於熱阻的變化率在5%以內,可見均溫板受重力影響不大。 This thesis mainly studies on heat transfer performance of a vapor chamber. First, the thermal resistance model and various operating limits of vapor chambers are established. Then a test platform is built to test the performance of a vapor chamber under different working conditions. Measurement parameters includes the heating power, interface material, cooling water temperature, cooling water flow rate, heat source area, and incline angle. According to the experimental results, the thermal resistance of the vapor chamber decreases with the increase of power before reaching the operating limit, and increases with the heating power after exceeding the operating limit. The minimal value of total thermal resistance of the system is measured 0.045 K/W. The contact resistance of the test platform established in this paper accounts for about 36% of the total thermal resistance. When the heating power is 300W and the water temperature rises from 10℃ to 40℃, the heat source temperature rises only about 20℃ and the thermal resistance drops by about 35%. Reducing the heat source area will increase the total heat resistance and reduce the heat transfer limit. Under the optimum operating power, the change rate of the incline angle to the thermal resistance is within 5%, thus the influence of gravity on the plate is not significant. |
