當下中國實體經濟風險規避的有效方式

Abstract

在資本金融流動越發緊密、貿易流通和分工生產更加組合化的情況下，任何一個經濟體都很難在全球經濟一體化的浪潮中獨善其身。 如何在經濟運行週期中進行有效的風險規避，對於中國目前的經濟結構緊迫且重要。本文對目前實體經濟運行的最主要問題進行了分析，進而對如何在最關鍵的風險管理問題上對國有及民營企業進行了具體的實現有效方法研究。從如何有效防控實體風險進行分析，從經濟原理的有效性以及實際案例的適合性出發提出了以風險管理公司為橋樑來為實體經濟保駕護航。通過詳細研究風險管理公司這一新興的創新行業，運行機制及各項政策法規的所要面對的現實問題，得出了目前階段解決中國實體經濟風險規避的最優途徑。最後，也從監管的角度為定義和推行風險管理業務進行了政策建議和未來展望。

Under the circumstances of closer capital and financial flows, more integrated trade flows and division of labor, it is difficult for any economy to stand alone in the wave of global economic integration. How to effectively avoid risks in the economic operation cycle is urgent and important for China's current economic structure. This paper analyzes the most important problems in the operation of the real economy, and then studies how to realize effective methods for state-owned and private enterprises in the most critical risk management issues. Based on the analysis of how to effectively prevent and control the entity risk, and from the effectiveness of the economic principle and the suitability of the actual case, this paper puts forward the risk management company as a bridge to protect the entity economy. Through a detailed study of the risk management company, a new innovative industry, the operation mechanism and the practical problems faced by various policies and regulations, the optimal way to solve the risk aversion of China's real economy at the present stage is obtained. Finally, from the perspective of supervision, the paper gives policy suggestions and prospects for the definition and implementation of risk management business.
