摘要: | 近紅外光光譜學之應用涵蓋非侵入式與非破壞性之實時對食品與健康狀態之監控。然而,傳統近紅外光光源,白熾燈、鹵素燈等傳統近紅外光光源具龐大、易發熱、須穩定電源、反應緩慢與不易攜帶等特點,使其難作為微型化光源並與行動裝置整合。近紅外線螢光粉轉換發光二極體(Near infrared phosphor converted-light emitting diode)成功將光源微型化,使其具微小、不易發熱、易攜帶、反應快速等優點。現今,近紅外線螢光粉轉換發光二極體已具智慧型手機上臉部/虹膜辨識、紅外線攝影機與食品中水/醣比例之分析與對血管之實時監控等應用,對近紅外光螢光粉之需求日益增加。為取得較好之訊雜比與較為廣泛之應用,於近紅外光螢光粉之發展上應朝高效率與寬光譜方向發展。至此,寬譜帶高效率近紅外線螢光粉之發展刻不容緩。 本研究中探討寬譜帶高效率研發近紅外線螢光粉Sc0.98BO3:0.02Cr3+之光譜性質與生物實時檢測領域之應用。此螢光粉於10 K之低溫放射光譜下可得知黃昆因子(Huang-Rhys factor)與斯托克位移(Stoke shift)等資訊,且於高壓放射光譜中85 kbar為Cr3+離子之兩種躍遷(4T2與2E)之交界處(crossing point)。此外,此螢光粉具~70%之內部量子效率(internal quantum efficiency)與於350 mA驅動電壓下可得39.11 mW之幅射功率(radiant power)為市售上SFH4776螢光粉轉換發光二極體之螢光粉LGGO (La3Ga5GeO14:Cr3+)數值(10.24 mW)之四倍,且熱飽和效應相較LGGO螢光粉更低。此近紅外線螢光粉轉換發光二極體具穿透2 cm牛肉組織之能力。故此裝置具於生物與醫療領域應用之潛力。 The application of near-infrared spectroscopy including non-invasive, non-destructive real-time monitoring of food and health status. However, traditional near-infrared light sources such as incandescent lamps, halogen lamps are bulky, easy to generate heat and a stable power source is required. The near-infrared phosphor-converted light-emitting diode (NIR PC-LED) has successfully miniaturized the near-infrared light source. It shrinks the size of a near-infrared light source and prevents the heating of light source. At present, near-infrared phosphor-converted light-emitting diodes have applications such as face/iris recognition on smartphones, infrared cameras, analysis of water/sugar ratio in food, and real-time monitoring of blood vessels, which makes the demand for near infrared-emitting phosphors increase. To obtain a better signal-to-noise ratio and a wider range of applications, the development of near-infrared phosphors should consider benefits such as high efficiency and broad-spectrum. In this study, the spectral properties of high-efficiency research and development of near-infrared phosphors Sc0.98BO3:0.02Cr3+ with broad bands and the application in real-time biological detection are discussed. Under the low-temperature emission spectrum of 10 K, this phosphor can obtain parameters such as Huang-Rhys factor (S) and Stoke shifts. Observed from the high-pressure photoluminescence spectrum, 85 kbar is the crossing point of two kinds of energy states (4T2 and 2E). Besides, this phosphor has an internal quantum efficiency of ~ 70%. Compared to a commercially available SFH4776 PC-LED which consists of LGGO (La3Ga5GeO14:Cr3+) phosphors, the radiant power of our PC-LED (39.11 mW) is four times the value of LGGO (10.24 mW) using the same driving current (350 mA). This near-infrared phosphor-converted light-emitting diode can penetrate 2 cm of beef tissue. Therefore, this device has the potential for application in the biological and medical fields. |
