| zh_TW |

The conclusions are (1) A professional social network sites users’ skills endorsements had significant effects on the other-ratings of users’ ability and personal traits such as users’ interpersonal skills, conscientiousness and specific technical skills. (2) A professional social network sites users’ connections did not have significant effects on the other-ratings of users’ ability and personal traits such as including users’ interpersonal skills, conscientiousness and specific technical skills. Finally, based on study results, the following suggestions are proposed. First of all, job seekers should pay attention to managing their professional social network account both in terms of depth and of breadth. Secondly, talents seekers should be cautious when they are examining the profiles of job candidates to avoid potential biases and should collect information from different sources for a better decision. | en |
