This article takes L company as an example to study its product innovation development strategy in the medical industry. L company engaged in software development, in the field of information technology in the concrete industry has been successful, and now involved in the field of medical information technology, engaged in the development of mobile nursing information systems.
This article uses the empirical analysis method and normative analysis method, the application of management theory, combined with the actual situation to study the L company's innovation and development strategy. Starting from the environment of the medical industry, it analyzes the development status of the medical industry, medical informationization, and nursing informationization. Using the PEST theoretical model, it analyzes the external environment the company faces from four aspects of politics, economy, society, and technology. The five-force model was used to analyze the competitive environment in which the company was located and at the same time, the market demand situation was also analyzed.
The internal environment analysis of the company adopts the SWOT analysis method and analyzes the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It also reviews the company's development history and analyzes the company's operating status.
Based on the analysis of internal and external environments, we have studied the company's product innovation and development strategy in the medical industry: increasing investment in research and development in the field of medical informatization, and developing mobile nursing informatization products with unique advantages. The big company's big and complete solutions form a differentiated competitive landscape. Focus on user experience, in-depth exploration of medical big data resources, and actively apply artificial intelligence technology to contribute to the development of smart medical nursing. Create a new brand in the medical information industry and become a professional supplier for the health medical information platform, creating the company's second growth curve.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, this article further analyzes the five aspects of corporate culture, product development, human resources, marketing and risk management, and points out the adjustments that should be made in business management in order to achieve new breakthroughs in the field of medical information technology.
