dc.description.abstract組織領導的研究指出部屬的順從是領導主要的目的與結果,部屬的順從是領導表現相當重要的指標。此外,部屬的順從在華人組織中一直有著重要的文化意涵,而華人領導中家長式領導是相當重要的研究典範,因此,本研究將著重於家長式領導與部屬順從之間的關係來做探討。從過去的研究可以發現,家長式領導與部屬順從的關係在理論與實徵研究上的不一致。回顧相關的文獻,家長式領導視部屬的順從為華人文化下一種合模的「行為表現」,而忽略了順從本身可能有著內在機制上的差異,此外,許多研究指出部屬的順從行為背後,可能有著動機上的差異,因此,本研究將從動機的觀點去區分不同類型的順從概念。基於順從類型區分之目的以及順從特性與外在動機的關聯性,本研究將採用著重於外在動機類型區分的自我決定論,當作順從概念區分的主要基礎。在區辨出不同的部屬順從概念後,本研究將進一步去探討家長式領導與不同部屬順從概念之間的關係,以釐清家長式領導與部屬順從在過去研究的不一致。所以,本研究有以下兩項目的:(1)借用自我決定論的動機觀點去區分不同的部屬順從類型。(2)檢驗家長式領導與不同類型的部屬順從之間的關係。從研究一的探索性因素分析、構念關係網以及信度的檢驗,發現部屬順從確實可以被區分成四種自主程度不同的類型。接著,研究二去驗證三種家長式領導與四種部屬順從之間的關係,由區段迴歸的分析,結果顯示三種家長式領導在四種部屬順從上確實呈現出不一樣的預測型態。透過本研究的探討,有助於家長式領導與部屬順從之間關係的釐清,並彌補過去研究的缺口。zh_TW
