| dc.description.abstract | 本論文概敘了一個在台灣設立的空氣淨化設備公司的創業計畫。 本公司產品主要客群設立為有能力自行組裝、設置、維修空氣淨化設備的進階使用者。我們希望使用開源耗材、通用的模組化產品設計來提供高效能、低運作費用和更實用的空氣淨化產品。
創業的契機來自市面上缺少可以任意改裝和好維修的小型空氣清淨裝置。Clean Frame Systems (以下簡稱CF)將提供、標準化、模組化、以及使用業界通用的濾網和關鍵零件規格的空氣淨化設備來滿足多種使用需求。CF一開始會發表兩個高性能空氣淨化裝置來和最高規格的家用型空氣淨化器競爭。之後公司將發展新的設備模組、資訊軟體、小型化和崁入式空氣淨化設備。 本公司將採用lean startup(精簡創業模式)的方式經營。公司會著重在有效率的資源利用、快速敏捷的產品開發、線上直營銷售以及通路商合作的銷售模式。CF是由創業者投資和經營的有限公司。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This proposal outlines the creation of an air cleaning device business based in Taiwan, designed to redefine the traditional home air cleaner market. The product targets performance-demanding consumers and prosumers—technically capable consumers who want the ability to customize, upgrade, and service their own air filtration devices. We plan to deliver high-performance air cleaning devices that offer low operational costs and greater flexibility by using open-standard components.
The core business opportunity comes from the limited hardware flexibility of consumer air cleaning devices, which are often costly to operate and hard to repair or upgrade. Clean Frame Systems (abbreviated as CF) will address this gap by providing products that empower consumers with open standard parts, consumables, and detailed repair guides. CF aims to democratize clean air devices by offering high-quality, customizable, and easy-to-maintain air purifiers. Two pre-assembled products will be available one year after startup. The initial offerings will compete with high-performance air cleaning devices from well-known brands. Future developments include new upgrade modules, software updates, and miniaturized, recessed air cleaning units to suit a broader range of installation settings. Operationally, the company will follow lean startup principles, focusing on efficient resource use, rapid prototyping, and direct-to-consumer sales via e-commerce and select distributors.
