dc.description.abstract本論文探討台灣潛水產業如何導入環境、社會與公司治理(ESG)原則,並特別聚焦於「環境」面向,以推動永續轉型並提升商業價值。隨著對環保旅遊需求的增加,本研究探討結合珊瑚復育、海洋清潔活動與環境教育的「綠色潛水」方案之可行性與設計概念。
本研究以 113 位台灣合格潛水員的量化問卷為基礎,分析潛水員行為、市場趨勢,以及案例研究(如日月光環境永續基金會的大型海底清潔與珊瑚復育計畫)。研究提出一項商業模式,將在地潛店與尋求可衡量環境影響的企業贊助者連結起來。
研究結果顯示,以環境為核心的行動能協助潛店建立差異化、吸引具承諾的顧客,並打造長期合作關係。最終,本論文提出一套策略藍圖,協助將環境永續深度融入台灣的潛水觀光產業核心。

dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigates how the scuba diving industry in Taiwan can adopt Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with a specific focus on the Environmental dimension, to drive sustainable transformation and enhance business value. As the demand for eco-conscious travel grows, this research explores the feasibility and design of “green diving” programs that incorporate coral restoration, marine clean-up activities, and environmental education. Based on a quantitative survey of 113 certified divers in Taiwan, analyzing diver behavior, market trends, and case studies, such as the ASE Foundation’s large-scale underwater clean-up and coral programs. This study presents a business proposal that connects local dive operators with corporate sponsors seeking measurable environmental impact. The results demonstrate that environmentally focused initiatives can differentiate dive shops, attract committed customers, and build long-term partnerships. Ultimately, this work provides a strategic blueprint for embedding environmental sustainability at the core of scuba tourism in Taiwan.en
