| 摘要: | 空調產業作為現代製造業的重要組成部分,全球需求量不斷攀升,尤其在新興市場增長顯著。然而,該產業也面臨原材料價格波動、市場競爭激烈、國際貿易摩擦和技術變革等挑戰。Bestech Group Limited作為空調產業的佼佼者,憑藉技術創新、產品品質和市場行銷等多方面優勢,全球市場地位顯著。本研究旨在深入分析空調產業及相關的發展戰略,並以Bestech 為例進行實證研究,揭示企業戰略規劃的重要性及其對製冷產業的指導意義。
本研究內容涵蓋市場分析、內部環境評估到發展戰略實施的全方位視角,通過定性和定量的研究方法,結合豐富的資料來源,為企業提供戰略決策支持,本文綜合運用了案例分析、比較分析和訪談等研究手段,並運用了 PEST、波特五力模型以及 SWOT分析等研究手段,資料來源包括行業報告、市場統計資料、企業年報和專家訪談等。 研究發現,Bestech通過市場滲透、產品開發、市場開發、多元化和國際擴張等戰略,實現了市場份額的增長、產品創新的突破和品牌影響力的提升。然而,也面臨市場競爭加劇、技術變革速度快等挑戰。 研究提出了相應的應對策略,包括風險管理、創新驅動發展。本研究豐富企業戰略規劃的理論體系,為其他空調企業乃整個製冷行業的企業在制定戰略規劃時提供可借鑒的範式和參考框架。同時,為產業政策制定者提供決策參考,促進產業結構優化升級,提升產業整體競爭力。 As an important part of modern manufacturing industry, the air-conditioning industry's global demand continues to rise, especially in emerging markets. Nevertheless, the industry also faces challenges, including raw material price fluctuations, fierce market competition, international trade frictions and technological changes. As a leader in the air-conditioning industry, Bestech Group Limited has a significant global market position with its advantages in technological innovation, product quality and marketing. This dissertation aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development strategy of the air-conditioning industry, and conduct an empirical dissertation using Bestech as an example to reveal the importance of corporate strategic planning and its guiding significance to the entire HVAC or cooling industry. This research content covers an all-round perspective from market analysis, internal environment assessment to development strategy implementation. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, combined with rich data sources, it provides strategic decision for enterprises and provides theory for the sustainable development of the air-conditioning. basis and practical guidance. This article uses research methods such as case analysis, comparative , and interviews, combined with research tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, and SWOT analysis. The data sources include industry reports, market statistics, corporate annual reports, and expert interviews. The dissertation found that Bestech Group Limited has achieved market share growth, product innovation breakthroughs, and brand influence enhancement through strategies such as market penetration, product development, market development, diversification, international expansion. However, it also faces challenges such as increasing of market competition and technological upgrading. The dissertation proposes corresponding response strategies, including risk management, innovation-driven development, etc. This enriches the theoretical system of corporate strategic planning and provides a paradigm and reference framework for other HVAC companies in other industries to draw lessons from when formulating strategic plans. At the same time, it provides decision-making reference for industrial policy makers, boost the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, also enhances the overall competitiveness . |
