      <title>齒列矯正治療醫師與病患對醫療服務品質認知之研究</title>

摘要: 齒列矯正是近年來台灣牙科醫療重要的新興產業。一般牙醫主要為功能性醫療，而齒列矯正治療則要呈現良好的咬合功能、牙齒與咬合的穩定、顏面與齒列的美觀以及身心靈的健康，因而需要牙醫師與患者充分溝通，讓患者以最適當的治療方式，獲得最健康、理想又美觀的整體性醫療服務。然而，也因為齒列矯正有別於一般功能性牙醫治療，患者對於醫療品質會有較高期望值與不同的滿意度評判標準，可能與牙醫師的專業觀點有所差距。因此，本研究主旨在探討患者與牙醫師，對於齒列矯正治療的品質之認知，從而為牙醫師以及牙科醫療診所對齒列矯正醫療品質提升時提供具體建議與參考。&#xD;
本研究採用問卷進行調查，受測對象包含患者201位，執行齒列矯正的牙醫師32位。透過問卷分析，了解患者對齒列矯正醫療品質的認知，以及牙醫師從專業角度對齒列矯正治療的服務品質認知，同時比較雙方差異。&#xD;
研究結果顯示，在醫師部分，有半數以上為40歲以下的新生代醫師，主要為學士學歷，有半數以上在一般牙科診所從事一般牙科兼齒列矯正業務，顯示台灣目前齒列矯正治療的產業正值蓬勃發展的階段，但是在專科的產業特色與規範方面還有進一步發展的空間。&#xD;
患者方面，高學歷者接受齒列矯正，或者讓家中兒童接受齒列矯正的意願較高。患者獲知齒列矯正的資訊管道以親友為主(72.1%)，其次為牙醫師(42.3%)，而衛教資訊僅有1%，顯示接受齒列矯正與人際關係網絡有極高關聯性。在醫師與診所的選擇上，醫師的醫術醫德、親友介紹、診所內的服務態度，以及距離方便性是主要考量。在材質上，有74.1%使用經濟實惠的金屬材質，不會要求使用較貴的陶瓷或可拆式膠膜，且有13.4%不清楚自己使用何種材質，推論患者主要信賴醫師，且以效果目的性強，對材質較不重視。&#xD;
另外，本研究的樣本中，兒童僅佔1/4，與國外文獻有極大差異，或為抽樣上的問題，但在兒童樣本中，家長是決策關鍵，未來可進一步探究。; Orthodontic Treatment has flourished in Taiwan in recent years and has largely expanded the turnover of clinics. Different from the functional-purposed general dental treatment, the orthodontic treatment requires good occlusion of teeth, aesthetics of face and dentition, and the care of patients’ mind and health at the same time. Therefore, the dentist needs to communicate with the patients, so the patients get the medical services with the most appropriate treatment. Orthodontic Treatment has generally been self-paid and oftentimes high-priced, patients hence have higher expectation and criteria toward Orthodontic Treatment medical service quality. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the cognitions of patients and dentists’ orthodontic treatment service quality. The result of this study would provide specific recommendations for dentists and dental clinic managers to improve the service quality of Orthodontic Treatment.&#xD;
The results of the study infer that more than half of the dentists are under the age of 40. The education levels are mainly bachelor's degrees. More than half of dentists practice in general dental clinics. Furthermore, Taiwan's orthodontic treatment industry is at the stage of vigorous development, young dentists are willing to engage in this paticular field. However, there is still room for further development in the characteristics and norms for the orthodontic treatment to be a special medical division.&#xD;
As for the patients, highly educated people are the main customers of orthodontic treatment, or have higher willingness to let their children receive orthodontic treatment. Patients with orthodontic treatment gathered the information mainly from relatives and friends (72.1%), dentists’ advice (42.3%), and only 1% from dental health education information. The result indicates that Orthodontic Treatment has a high correlation with interpersonal networks. In the choice of doctors and clinics, doctors' medical ethics, family and friends’ advice, service attitudes in the clinic, and transportation convenience are the main considerations. In terms of brace materials, 74.1% use economical metal materials, and 13.4% lack of knowledge about which materials they use. It is inferred that patients care about the curative effect instead of appearances during the treatment, and their decision-making rely on dentists’ advice. In addition, in this study, only 1/4 patients are children, which is very different from the research studies in America and Japan. This result may be caused by the sampling limitation. However, we found the parents’ decision-making is important in their child’s orthodontic treatment decision. Hence, further investigation is needed to understand the parents-child behavior in orthodontic treatment in the future studies.</description>

摘要: 全世界受到新冠疫情影響，在商業上不論是生產製造產業供應鏈運輸配送分銷零售以及末端應用市場全部面臨了巨大的轉變。烏俄戰爭接踵而至使地緣政治日益緊張。在這樣的社會經濟環境下，自動洗車機行業面臨了不小的挑戰，自動洗車機所依附產業的凋零，人力的短缺與勞力成本大幅上漲，傳統汽車美容業的萎縮快速方便的洗車需求的興起吸引新投資者進入市場。市場在前述的社會經濟局勢變化下，尋找出個案研究公司的機會點以及可能發展的策略方向。&#xD;
本論文以研究分析自動洗車機市場過往的發展歷史，以及現今競爭態勢與潛在的發展機會。然後以整個市場的框架，進一步研究麒泰有限公司在自動洗車機過往的經營，在市場中所處在的位置。透過對自動洗車機市場做完整的系統性分析，研究臺灣汽車美容市場的轉變中，自動洗車機市場的發展方向、機會點的評估，作為公司未來策略規劃與資源投入的指引。&#xD;
本研究針對自動化洗車機產業相關資料進行廣泛搜集與分析。從文獻的理論描述中，搭配市場實際資料以及產業過去發展的軌跡，反復驗證研究目標市場目前所處的樣態，描繪出產業發展趨勢，然後從產業趨勢中，再從策略理論中探討分析個案，找尋出可行的策略方向。世界汽車發展趨勢除了洗車自動化之外，水循環經濟（使用循環水資源），減少用水量，水的重複利用，污水處理技術突破，生物降解處理等等是洗車業走入下一個世代的重要關鍵。在美日歐洲各國由於手工美容洗車越來越稀缺，洗車消費者接受自動洗車服務的比例大幅上升。&#xD;

In addition to car washing automation, water recycling economy (use of recycled water resources), reduction of water consumption, water reuse, breakthroughs in sewage treatment technology, biodegradation treatment, etc. are important keys for the car washing industry to enter the next generation. In the United States, Japan and European countries, due to the increasing scarcity of manual beauty car washes, consumers accepting automatic car wash services has increased significantly. &#xD;

摘要: 隨著改革開放的進行，中國經濟取得了舉世矚目的成就，但是，由於轉型期出現的一些問題，比如：環境污染的加劇、貧富差距的擴大、社會階層的固化等一系列問題，導致人們的思想出現一些混亂[1]，使社會出現了道德的滑坡，社會上出現了一些典型事件，比如彭宇案、小悅悅案等。鹽城佛文化園區，就是在這種社會現實下，打造一個宣揚社會主義新的佛文化的文化休閒園區。&#xD;
鹽城佛文化園區根植于鹽城悠久的佛文化，這裡不僅有始建于宋代的龍王古寺，還有在歷史有名的高僧應慈法師、葦舫法師、無相法師等。這些濃厚的佛文化傳統，導致本園區興建之初，就得到政府和當地民眾的大力支持，並且已經形成度假、休閒、旅遊一體的新型文化休閒度假園區。&#xD;
鹽城佛文化園區不僅依託于本地區濃厚的佛家文化，更處於國家鹽城濕地自然保護區內，環境優美、空氣清新，對於整個佛文化園區的建設有很大的促進作用。此外，鹽城還是國家的綠色食品基地，對於佛文化區的生態旅遊建設也有很大的促進作用。最後，鹽城地處長江三角洲[2]，中國最發達的經濟地區，這裡有廣大的消費市場和消費人群，對於佛文化園區的盈利有重要作用。&#xD;
綜合以上的優勢，鹽城佛文化園區興建養老事業非常合適，利用佛文化園區的優勢，本公司採用園區和企業結合的方式，在園區已有龍王古寺的基礎上，興建素齋閣等配套設施，並設立老人的早課晚課制度，豐富老人的生活，還首創了老人的臨終關懷室這些都是佛文化園區與養老結合的結果。&#xD;

摘要: 隨著中國經濟的高速發展並高度全球化和我國民辦教育興起，在中國的會計制度不斷完善和稅收改革不斷深化的情形下，順應時代大潮，財稅培訓作為職業教育中一個細分行業應時而生，上海高頓教育集團異軍突起。&#xD;
從1982年，彭真委員長在《關於中華人民共和國憲法修改草案的報告》中提出“兩條腿”辦教育的方針，拉開中國民間力量開辦民辦教育的序幕，到2002年頒佈的《中華人民共和國民辦教育促進法》，極大地調動全社會各方面辦學的積極性，增加了全社會對教育的投入，教育的供給方式也呈現出多樣性和選擇性。在如此宏大的背景之下，教育行業未來的改革、發展、創新將是教育行業和高頓教育面臨的大課題，這一課題不僅需要從實踐中提煉昇華，更需要再回到實踐中加以驗證。對於教育行業的未來發展，我們不僅要大膽探索，更要敢於創新，實踐出真知，只有對實踐的總結才能書寫出有現實指導意義的更加系統化的發展戰略理論框架。作為財稅培訓領域的一面旗幟，近年來高歌猛進的高頓教育的發展戰略引起了我們特別關注。&#xD;
本文將分為七個部分：第一部分是緒論，我們將對文章的寫作背景、研究方法與意義等進行基礎性的陳述；第二部分屬於基本概念，對教育及民辦教育兩個專業名詞從幾個主要層次進行解析；第三部分是高頓教育的外部環境分析，包括宏觀環境和產業環境分析；第四部分是內部資源能力和利益攸關者期望分析，著重從高頓教育內部資源的可獲得性、調動能力與資源的協調性方面進行挖掘；第五部分是本文的核心內容，該部分明確提出了高頓教育的戰略定位、戰略目標和戰略規劃體系以及具體的戰略實施舉措；第六部分屬於具體的戰略落地措施，從每個節點上實施各項具體策略；第七部分為高頓教育發展戰略的未來研究留白，也為未來進一步的研究指明方向。&#xD;
本文可能的貢獻在於四個方面：一是明確了中國教育行業正處於歷史性的重要發展階段，一方面政府不斷深化教育改革，另一方面國家推動教育出口，本世紀必將掀起一個漢文化國際化熱潮；二是對高頓教育的產業環境進行了分析，並識別出了影響高頓教育戰略群組劃分的最重要因素，並由此對高頓教育所屬的戰略群組進行多角度分析；三是運用VARIO分析框架進行比較完備的分析，對高頓教育有形資源與能力、無形資源與能力進行了歸納和分析；四是在教育行業多元化、規模化、市場化、智能化的發展背景下，我們對發展戰略的定位和選擇進行了分析。然而，由於未來市場存在不確定性，以及教育改革的力度和方向不甚明朗，我們的研究必然帶有主觀判斷性和局限性。本文對高頓教育的全面分析和對未來戰略問題的明確定性和前瞻性思考，對高頓教育和個人都是極具價值的。; With the rapid development of China's economy and its high degree of globalization and the rise of our national education, fiscal and taxation training is a sub-sector of professional training in vocational education. Under the continuous improvement of China's accounting system and the deepening of tax reform, Shanghai Golden Education Group has sprung up. &#xD;
 From 1982, Chairman Peng Zhen put forward the 'two-legged' education policy in the 'Report on the Draft Constitution of the People's Republic of China', which opened the prelude to the private education of China to launch private education. The Law of the People's Republic of China on Private Education Promotion has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of all aspects of running a school, increased the investment of education in the whole society, and the supply of education has also shown diversity and selectivity. Under such a grand background, the future reform, development and innovation of the education industry will be a major issue facing the education industry and Golden Education. This topic not only needs to be refined from practice, but also needs to be repeated in practice. . For the future development of the education industry, we must not only explore boldly, but also dare to innovate. Practice can only be true. Only a summary of practice can portray a more systematic development strategy theoretical framework with realistic guiding significance. As a banner in the field of fiscal and taxation training, the development strategy of Golden Education, which has triumphed in recent years, has drawn our special attention.                      &#xD;
This article will be divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction, we will lay a foundation for the basic writing of the article's writing background, research methods and significance; the second part belongs to the basic concept, the two professional terms for education and private education from Several major levels are analyzed; the third part is the external environment analysis of Golden Education, including macro environment and industrial environment analysis; the fourth part is the analysis of internal resource capacity and stakeholder expectations, focusing on the internal resources of Golden Education. The excavation of availability, mobility and resource coordination; the fifth part is the core content of this paper. This part clearly puts forward the strategic positioning, strategic goals and strategic planning system of Golden Education and specific strategic implementation measures. The six parts belong to specific strategic measures, and each specific strategy is implemented from each node. The seventh part sets an open window for the future research of Golden Education development strategy, and points out the direction for further strategic research in the future.The possible contributions of this paper are four aspects: First, it is clear that China's education industry is at an important stage of innovation and transformation; second, it analyzes the industrial environment of Golden Education and identifies the strategic group that influences Golden Education. The most important factor, and thus the classification of Golden Education into five strategic groups; the third is to use the VARIO analysis framework for a more complete analysis, the high-tang education tangible resources and capabilities, intangible resources and capabilities were summarized and analyzed Fourth, in the context of the diversified, large-scale, market-oriented, and intelligent development of the education industry, we have analyzed the positioning and choice of development strategies. However, due to the uncertainty of the market in the future, and the intensity and direction of education reform, our research is bound to have subjective judgment and limitations. This article's comprehensive analysis of Golden Education and its clear-cut and forward-thinking thinking about future strategic issues are of great value to Golden Education and individuals.</description>
